When I’m arrive in Da Nang airport at 12.30PM. The driver pick up me in 2PM. How long I have to waiting? I understand that my flight was delayed for 1hr. It have to arrive in11.30AM but I think I have booking private van that can depart any time then when I’m arrive the driver have to still be in airport.

The driver was still there when we arrived, even though our flight was delayed. It was a spacious car for just 4 of us. He exceeded the place where he was suppose to drop us but it was no big deal since we were all looking outside and we happened to saw our hotel.

Everything from the point of booking a train ticket to arriving at our final destination has been done with minimal effort and was accompanied by a good price tag. Will definitely recommend 12Go!

The driver is punctual and service is good but we need to find ourselves about 15 min.
The representative never put my name in front of car dashboard and he only showed my name when I asked him..
When the time I call hot line, nobody pick up the phone.
If we know how to contact the driver, we can relax and no need to worry.

Booked a 9 pax van and clearly stated in the booking that we'll be 5 people with 5 pieces of luggage. Driver showed up only an hour after our arrival time, with a regular car. After complaining on the hotline we had to wait for another 5-10 minutes for a second car to arrive so that we all could travel at the same time. Disappointed with this booking.

My ticket indicated that my pickup point is at Da Nang International airport. I was not able to find the representative, so I called the hotline. Thumbs up cause they have an english speaking representative on the phone (unlike Hoang Long who only has Vietnamese speaking representatives which is difficult if you’re a foreigner and don’t understand/speak the language).
The phone representative then informed me that the driver is waiting for me at the train station. The phone representative informed me to wait as the driver will go to where I am.
The only problem here is that the ticket is confusing. I took the train to Da Nang, but my ticket said Da Nang International airport. Company needs to specifically say the correct pickup point. Other than that, the company was fanstastic.

At Danang somebody off another company (green taxi-bus) said he was our driver an brought us to our hotel. Afterward he said we had to pay and he didn't speak English and we had to pay for the ride (again). At the hotel our booking was mis-communicated and to our regret we didn't have the time to inform the original driver. So I cant say anything about the quality of the trip but the booking was easy.
