Die Fahrt war gut und zuverlässig. Leider hatten wir die hintersten Sitze dort wo der Motor lauter und Klimaanlage Geräusche macht . Kann dies Fährt weiter empfehlen . Wenn man die Sprache versteht wird wir bei einem Toilettenhalt auf das imTicket inbegriffene Essen hingewiesen.

What a great service. Easy booking and great bus ride to Chumphon. It was easy to navigate the bus terminal and found the ticket booth quickly. The lady was kind and helpful at ticket booth, the driver was great and so was the guy loading. We got a snack, juice and water as soon as we got going and we stopped after about 3 hrs where we got a lunch which is included in the price. The ride was comfortable and pleasant. It was a longer ride than expected, 8.5 as opposed to 6.5 but we really enjoyed it and appreciated the friendly service. Thank so much!

We were randomly dropped off at the side of the road and not the bus station despite that being the ticket we had bought. The toilet wasn’t very clean. The chairs were quite comfortable and the air con was nice and cold. Overall the value for money was good, the journey was just tainted by where we were dropped off as it felt like the tourists were just kicked off the bus in the middle of nowhere. It was also an hour late for no discernible reason.

Not much leg room on the bus when you recline the seats , however I would use this transport again as you are very organised and have great staff 🙏

Für diesen Preis kann man nichts sagen. Der Bus war pünktlich da ist aber leider 20min später abgefahren. An Bord gibt es ein Wasser und ein Softgetränk. Die Fahrt war super angenehm. Nach 3 Stunden Fahrt ein halt an einer Raststätte. Uns wurde frühzeitig gesagt wann wir aussteigen mussten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Wenn man in Suwannatee ankommt, vorallem wenn es spät Abends ist, muss man sich vorher erkundigen wie man zu seiner Unterkunft kommt. Dort gibt es nicht sehr viel drum her rum um sich schnell mal ein Taxi zu rufen. Aber eine Dame sitzt dort an der Busstation die euch weiterhelfen kann.

Eine super Erfahrung, jederzeit wieder :-) Die Klima war gut eingestellt. Die anderen Leute angenehm leise. Es gab einen kleinen Snack für die Fahrt und in der Pause ein gutes Thai Essen an einer Raststätte. Wir wurden rechtzeitig darauf hingewiesen, wann wir aussteigen müssen.

Ich war begeistert von der gesamten Busreise. Ab Buchung bis Ankunft in Chumphon. Fahrt zum Busbahnhof ab Skytrain Station Siam mit dem Skytrain bis Endhaltestelle Bang Wa und dann für 79 Bath ein Taxi. Der Busbahnhof in Bangkok ist für Jedermann zu verstehen und ausgeschildert. Im Bus einen Snack und ein Getränk. Zwei aktuelle Filme mit englischen Untertiteln. Keine Toilette an Board. Dafür nach drei Stunden 20 Minuten Pause an einer Raststätte.

Seats recline quite far, but there is stil not enough legroom to actually be comfortable enough to sleep, if you are like me who isn't usually the best at falling asleep on planes and such (I am 167 cm). The bathroom was better than most busses. The bus arrived 2 hours earlier than planned. That can be both a good and a bad thing. It was fine for the price we payed.

Der Bus war überpünktlich, sauber und bequem. Die Rückenlehnen lassen sich sehr weit nach hinten verstellen.

Es hat alles gut geklappt, jedoch sollte man genügend Zeit einplanen, da es manchmal nicht so einfach ist, den Schalter bzw. später den Bus zu finden.

Seats were quite comfortable, reclined there was the possibility to have a good nap. We arrived 1 hour later. Air condition was very strong, it was so cold during the all journey. The stop for having lunch was okay. Cleaning of the bus is improvable.

Super entspannter Trip!
Sessel sind bequem, es gab Decken für die Nacht!????????
Außerdem bekamen wir einen kleinen Snack + Trinkpäckchen.
In Chumpon hielt der Bus an einer etwas verlassenen Straße, keine Ausschilderung bezüglich weiterer Verbindung zur Fähre/ zum Bahnhof.
Uns sprach ein Mann an, er würde nun jemanden anrufen, der uns abholt, zum Bahnhof, von dort ging es wieder mit dem Bus zur Fähre.
Eine bessere Ausschilderung wäre gut. Im Grunde war so ja alles korrekt, wir kauften bei dem Mann ein Ticket für die Fähre, er brachte uns umsonst die 5 min zum Bhf, jedoch wäre ich alleine nicht in das Auto des Mannes gestiegen. Können einem ja alles erzählen.????

Der Bus war sehr pünktlich, kam 1,5 Stunden zu früh an. Die Sitze waren bequem, es gab Decken, obwohl die Klimaanlage gemäßigt eingestellt war.
Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, aber alles hat einwandfrei geklappt.

Had to change the digital 12go Asia voucher to actual bus tickets at the bus stop counter. Bought the offered connecting boat tickets at same counter, which were not available through 12goA. Connection to ferry by next bus from railway station. Excellent service and comfort.

Unkomplizierte Reise: Im Anschluss an den Online Ticketkauf muss man sein Ticket irgendwo ausdrucken (lassen) und es oben am Bahnhof an einem Schalter auf der zweiten Etage zu einem echten Ticket umtauschen. Der Bus fährt pünktlich ab (auch oben) und macht kaum Rast (eine Pause nach ca. drei Stunden). Beim Aussteigen muss man selbst drauf achten, dass man seinen Ausstieg nicht verpasst. Die Ausstiege werden nicht so lange zelebriert, wie an deutschen Busbahnhöfen.

The cleanliness could be improved. We arrived at destination with one hour delay (which was not caused by traffic). Good thing the drivers drove carefully and took breaks to rest / eat.

The bus is shabby but adequate. The seat might recline depending on your luck. Toilet aboard was Ok. Luggage was stowed below. The bus is all frills (literally)
The trip includes a 30 min rest stop for espresso, drinks, lunch and snacks.

Hello,
I LOST / FORGOT MY IPAD IN THE BUS (seat A7).
The ipad was in the little net in front of my sitting chair. Half way through the trip is sliped out of the net and i noticed it was on the floor so I picked it up and put it back in the net which must of been torn with a hole inside. When we arrived at Suwanatee station (not the terminal) we were an hour earlier then expected, we had to rush out of the bus as we had just woken up, unaware of our earlier arrival. We had to hurry to get out of the bus and i forgot my ipad. I checked before leaving the seat net and also the floor with the minimal light available and saddly didn’t see anything on the floor. It must have fallen out again and slipped across the bus floor whilst driving.
PLEASE IF YOU FIND MY IPAD CAN YOU CONTACT ME AS I HAVE IMPORTANT BUISNESS DOCUMENTS ON IT.

Per se, the bus drive was good and on time.
However, the bus did not drive to Suwannatee station! It dropped us out somewhere at the street 10 km away from the station and we had to take a motor taxi...this was not ok! And that's why I only gave 2 stars, otherwise I could have given at least 4.

Ruhige Fahrt und doch ziemlich bequem für die Verhältnisse. In Chumpon hätte man fast vergessen, mich raus zu lassen, aber ein paar Meter weiter konnte ich dann doch noch aussteigen. Alles gut.

Die Busse sind sehr komfortabel, da man die Rückenlehne sehr weit runter machen kann und auch noch eine Fußlehne hat. Man bekommt einen kleinen Snack und eine Decke für die Fahrt. Wer empfindlich ist sollte einen Schal anziehen, da die Klimaanlage sehr stark läuft.

Nichts auszusetzen. Günstig, bequem und vor allem mächtig viel Platz zwischen den Sitzen: selbst große Menschen (1,80 +) haben jede Menge Beinfreiheit

The bus aren’t really comfortable for a long trip, I mean, 6 hours and a half is a lot to have seats so strong. Didn’t like it, if I’m honest. And the “food” that they give it to you is horrible.

Sehr angenehme Fahrt, Klimaanlage, der Bus kam pünktlich, es gab ein kostenloses Mittagessen (thailändisch) + zusätzlich einen Snack mit Getränk. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! Einziger Minuspunkt : das Buspersonal sprach kein Wort Englisch.

- toilet inside
- seats
- speed of the bus
- there is a stop where you get food (for free. Warning: very spicy)
- free blanket
Not good:
- southern terminal is so big, no where to find the bus
- the curtains must be closed. So you can't look outside. Really annoying.
- drop off is in the middle of nowhere but thats written on the ticket.

Sits are really rough.
Metal stick in the middle of the back...
The bus stops in the middle of nowhere in chumphon. Not really a good place to stop. No lights, no taxi, no tuk tuk...
The staff is not really helpful on that, just saying you have to go down here.

The bus journey was pleasant and punctual however we were not informed as to where we were and so when we realised we’d gone past where we were supposed to get off we had to walk 40 minuets late at night

Very good service! Snack, water and lunch stop. The bus was clean, staff very nice, blanket was much appreciated as the AC was running. Only improvement point is to let the passangers know where we are. Just call out the name of the town as if there's a delay you kind of loose track of where you have to get off.

Preis/leistung stimmt.
Bekamen leider andere sitze als reserviert.
Bus hatte durch ständiges stoppen und entladen von paketen knapp 40 min verspätung!
Ansonsten sehr komfortabel(inkl. Decke,briochebrötchen und trinken)

Bus arrived 8 minutes early, they stowed our luggage very quickly and got us in the bus. The seats were very comfortable allowing you to recline very far and prop your legs up. We stopped to have food and buy some snacks. We hit traffic in Bangkok but it only added 30 minutes to our arrival time.

ตอนซื้อตั๋วให้เลือกที่นั่ง แต่เวลาขึ้นรถไปนั่งจริงๆ คือนั่งมั่วๆไปแล้วแต่คนรถจะชี้ให้ไปนั่ง แล้วในตั๋วจะระบุทำไม เลขที่นั่ง
รถออกไม่ตรงเวลา และถึงที่หมายช้ากว่ากำหนด
