Wir wurden an der Grenze nach der Kontrolle vergessen, der Bus fuhr ohne uns weiter. Der Fahrer hat uns auch nicht informiert, dass wir ein Einreisedokument ausfüllen müssen. Wir hatten dann einen finanziellen und zeitlichen Aufwand um weiter nach Singapur zu kommen.

開車40分就有第一次休息去廁所時間，但又不通知休息多長時間，又不廣播這是休息，只停車，十分亂。之後在過關前都沒有洗手間時間。但車的設施和空間都很足夠。

I took a trip from Berjaya Times Square to Golden Mile Tower with my family during the holidays. My experience was a little different in that they didn’t leave anyone behind at immigration (though the bus ticket does say that if you get left behind, ride another Starmart Express bus). There were staff at each of the immigration borders with checklists of the bus passengers and who were waiting as you got out of immigration. The staff on each side were helpful. We even thought our bus had already left but another Starmart Express driver pointed us in the right direction. We got to the Singapore immigration by 2:00 PM after leaving by around 8:45 AM. We spent 2-3 hours in immigration and arrived at Golden Mile at around 5pm. Overall, the bus company wasn’t a horror story like some of the reviews here (which I was prepared for and took the risk on) but I think they can improve on changing the timeslots to manage expectations better and give clearer instructions on the procedures at immigration etc before the bus trip so people know what to expect.

The bus was late for 5 minutes. Everything else is good. Fast, comfortable, air conditioning worked moderately. Experienced and calm driver.

We arrived at the destination almost 3 hours later. The driver did not inform us of the procedures that had to be done at the border. They also didn't let us know that they would change buses and we left things inside.

Our trip going back to Golden Mile from Berjaya Times Square was a little bit disappointing. It was 3 hours longer than the usual. Plus, the driver didn't even informed us which bus to transfer, you have to find it yourself. Haaaay ????????

water was dripping from air conditioner, when complained to driver no action tajen, a/c was not working properly. Driver was also very loud. No indication of the stops & even driver is not helpful in answering the query

Es war gut. Die Sitze im Buss sind groß und bieten reichlich beinfreiheit inklusive Massage. Toiletten sind nicht an Bord, dafür wird am Rastplatz angehalten.Die Abfertigung an der Grenze geht schnell, Einreiseformular für Singapur gibt es schon im Buss.

Bus is on time on departure but the driver drives toooo slow. I understand the delay caused by crossing the border but we just arrived at the border at the time when were supposed to be on the drop off already (meaning more than one hour delay due to multiple stops and slow driving)

Bus smelled cigarette. Driver lighted up cigarette in the last few km to Melaka Sentral. Although he exhaled out through the window. It didn’t help. It also seemed like he took a few puffs off e-cigarette.

Comfy ride and good driver. Arrived/departed KLIA ½ hour late. No signage to indicate which platform to wait at (unlike at Melaka Sentral). Advertises itself as a Massage bus, but doesn’t work.

First bus didn’t have air conditioning for two and a half hours, thankfully we switched to another bus. The ticket also said it was a 5 hour ride, it was over 7 hours.

Double deck bus but I perfect have a seat below rather on TOP as TOP too squeezes below is comfortable seat. Gd bus driver reach earlier then thought but the problem can't charge the phone and no wifi. Nowadays ppls goes for that hope starmart will get much more better in service in success in bussiness
