Driver drove extremely uncontrolled (maybe tired) when traffic started to pick-up. Did even hit another Car and continued driving. Damage could be clearly seen on back right fender.

Der Fahrer kam 45 Minuten zu spät, da der ursprüngliche Fahrer einen technischen Defekt am Fahrzeug hatte. Das kann passieren.
Jedoch wäre die Kommunikation mit dem Dienstleister transparent schön gewesen.
Anzukündigen, dass der Fahrer 20-25 Minuten zu spät kommt und auf Nachfrage dann nochmal 15 Minuten draufzuschlagen, die dann nochmal 10 länger dauern, ist anstrengend.
Der Fahrer selbst war super!
Zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und ist gut gefahren.

🤩5🌟 was a little worried that the ride would be bumpy and uncomfortable but the driver was great at avoiding pot holes and getting me from point A to B in the quickest and safest way possible.
Great job Mr Mun. A very humble driver and I know if he will be able to get next time I need a driver.

Driver was punctual, lovely comfortable car, the driver was excellent, he drove slowly especially where the road wasn't in good condition, he didn't constantly beep the horn as every other driver in Vietnam, we couldn't have been happier

기사님이 예약시간보다 미리 나와 기다리셔서 우리는 비행기에서 내려서 바로 택시에 탑승할수 있었습니다. 식사 시간이 되었기에 점심을 먹을 것인지 여쭤보시고 좋은 현지 식당에 대려다 주셨습니다. 잊을 수 없는 훌륭한 식사 였습니다. 커피를 마시고 싶었는데 시간을 내어 좋은 카페에도 들러 주셨습니다. 항상 미소를 띄고 계셨고 제가 궁금해 하는 질문에 친절히 답해 주셨습니다. 공항에서 내려 처음으로 만난 베트남 사람이 택시 기사였는데 그 덕분에 베트남의 첫인상이 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다.

Everything went perfectly. I texted the person at Ouros to confirm our landing and the driver was at the airport arrival door with my name on a card. We promptly left and reached Sapa even earlier than we thougt. The car was clean and in perfect condition, and the driver was cleary not a beginner driver and was also very nice and smiling. I am sooo glad we did not take the bus... Totally worth it to get a private car!!!

We started our trip in Ho Chi Minh with the plan of working north from there, every single step of the way Ouros Travel were there ready and waiting with any inquiry we had, we booked several trips through these guys and honestly can’t fault them in anyway, great communication, great drivers and vehicles, all extremely polite and friendly, exactly what any traveller would want to deal with! Not to mention very fair prices even on a 10 hour drive from Nah Trang to Da Nang! Have honestly never received better service anywhere in the world, I for one will only use Ouros whenever I’m in Vietnam! Thank you so much!

Before a trip, I received instruction from office. Thats good and clearly. My flight was delay for over 2 hours, the driver was waiting without any additional fee. Sometimes he drives slowly 40-50 km because of speed control. The car is clean, one seat belt was stuck and couldnt be pulled out. But it is not problem. We arrived Phan Thiet after 4 hour. It was a safe trip and will make a reservation on the return way.

Booked a transport from Hanoi Airport to Ninh Binh. Fast response and good communication. Driver waited at the exit as appointed and was very friendly. Ride was very comfortable and definitely worth the money. Thumbs up

Our flight was delayed......twice.......by just over 2 hours total.
I kept in contact with 12go via Whatsapp and they were very understanding. The driver was there waiting for us at the airport to pick us up. The driver was courteous an and very professional. The vehicle was comfortable and the trip went very well. Thank you. I will be using your service again.

My ferry was late and the bus company made sure I could get on the next one. The bus was comfortable and the driver took it steady amd safely. All communication was good. Good value.

On arrival after immigration and customs called number. I was met at post 11 shortly after with my name. They let me take bus at 11:00A.M. instead of my booked bus at 12:30 P.M. Bus very comfortable including massage. Bit slow getting to Vung Tau including stop for a lunch.

It was very good but at the end the guy was asking for the money and we had to contact 12go to tell him that we payed with credit card. At the end it was ok but unnecessary.

Die Abholung am Flughafen klappte gut. Das Unternehmen ist gut über WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir wurden sogar ohne Probleme ins Hotel gefahren, anstatt zur Sammelstelle. Die Fahrt ging zügig und die Fahrzeuge sind in Ordnung mit Wifi und Ladebuchsen für Smartphone etc.

The company has to cater to the extra luggages of passengers for some sort comfort as we bring and carry the luggages since there was no ramp for luggages to pass on and carry inside and bringing it out from the rain. Maybe a push cart can be of help. Thank you☺️

I appreciate that the driver was on time, polite, and maintained a nice vehicle. However, he struggled to stay awake the entire trip. We swerved lanes multiple times, slowed and sped up as he drifted and woke back up, and had vehicles honking at us because he was veering into their lanes. I could not rest because I had to be vigilant to ensure he didn’t completely fall asleep. This was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a paid personal transport. The company needs to do a better job of ensuring that their drivers for nighttime transportation are going to be able to safely complete their jobs, or do not accept the booking.
