Amazing service!
Right on time to get us at Hat Yai airport in a mini van all to ourselves. After 1.5h more or less, we arrived in Pakbara and were quickly escorted to the speedboat. Bumpy ride because of the big waves but good driver! Arrived in Koh Lipe on time and all good.

We were impressed with how well everything went. The boat was clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and most importantly we all had our seats so the boat was not crammed. We would definitely use this operator again.

Connections were easy. There was alway a person ready for us for the next part of the journey. Good comfortable van. Fast speed boat. Everything was clean. So it is also value for money.

Pickup was late, but this is Thailand, you have to expect this may happen. I know you can wait in the lobby and the driver will come in. My experience and the service was good overall. I will use 12go again.

The speedboat was so violent it has damaged my back , I have spent all of today on my bed in agony and there was no one to take me to the hotel i was told I have to organise my own taxi , there was none there luckily my phone works fine here so called a local firm and they came and got me

Great trip. Everyone was there early so we left early. Because of this we got to the port early and were offered to go on an earlier boat. The boat was seamless. Gave us water and a snack. Great trip no issues.

Lovely lady driver, dropped us off at our hotel in Trang town after doing the airport drop offs. Would have been 5* if air con in van was better.

The shuttle was excellent, but the the Speedboat had major issues. My small bag was carelessly put on the bottom while the careless crew member (one was careful, then the other came over and started throwing bags around and SMASHING important gear under huge heavy duffle bags. He kept piling heavy stuff on top while I watched suitcases buckle under the pressure. THE CAPTAIN was distracted by his admirer/gf the whole trip, turning around to chat with her and giving her a private tour of the islands in passing. She had his attention, as well as did the crewman who kept showing him his phone. THE DRIVER was not focused on driving for much of the trip. I was very disturbed by his lack of attention to his job. Not a good experience. Also, we were crammed in and had no room for our feet due to stacks of eggs and delicate supplies under every seat.

At 9:30am We took 1h30m speedboat to Pak Bara pier. From there a confortable 3h30m/4h mini van (9 seats) to Krabi airport (with a 30m stop at 7/11 in the middle). Arrived there at 3pm (exactly as planned)

The time of arrival on Koh Phangan was supposed to be 7 pm, but that’s not possible because the ferry arrives at 8 pm every day and we had trouble checking into our hotel that late. Why did you indicate 7 pm?! Also, we had a long waiting time of 1.5 hours at Donsak Pier.

We left early as everyone had checked in and arrived even earlier than scheduled. Life jackets available for everyone to wear. Leg room is very tight but otherwise a comfortable trip.

It’s very hard to rate as from the port the water looked calm but once we got out onto the open waters it was very rough so the experience of the ride was scary. There were life jackets for everyone but not everyone chose to wear them which didn’t seem to concern the crew. The captain of the boat did a great job in steering given the rough seas, it’s just not an experience I really want to encounter again.

The journey started fine. Check in was easily done at Koh Lipe pier. Upon arrival at Pak Bara, representative holding name plate was already waiting at the pier to guide guest to the waiting van. In no time the van departed Pak Bara. All the way smooth until arrival at Krabi Town. I was asked to change to a public transport truck for the remaining journey. This is truly unacceptable and there is no indication from the info given to me that I will be taking a public transport at a later stage. I was not drop off at my hotel as indicated in my ticket info. I guess the van driver simply do not wish to drive me alone to Ao Nang. Though the van driver already told me that the public transport has been paid, yet the truck driver tried to ask for the fare.in a very subtle way.
My experience with 12Go has been very positive until now. This is a true let down.

Excellent experience. Transfer was seamless. Van came early to my pick up point. Simply show the e-voucher and we are on our way. Driver was friendly. Van was clean and ride was smooth. Arrived at Bak Para Pier one and half hours later. Upon arrival just check in at the pier. Half hour or slightly more, off we go to Koh Lipe.

Rough ride but that is because of the weather but on arrival the rain was so heavy and they couldn’t find my luggage I had to wait for a while under heavy rain we were so socket wet

we got to the place safely, without problems 😇 the only thing is that we shouldn't have waken up so early to wait 1h for the bus :p (information said that the bus will come around 6.00 but we need to be ready at 5.30 and it actually came at 6.30)

Tudo funcionou conforme a descrição do serviço. Saímos de Koh Lipe ás 9h30, teve uma parada em uma outra ilha e depois desembarcamos em Pakbara. Na chegada, já tinha uma pessoa com uma placa com nosso nome para nos levar para a Van que ia fazer o restante do trajeto pela estrada. Chegamos ás 16h no hotel em Ao Nang Krabi.

Wir hatten 1 Jahr vor dem Transfer gebucht und erhielten, von unserem Hotel die 12GO anschrieben um uns in ko Lipe bei der Aunkunft abholen wollten, das der Transfer storniert sei. Und das nur wenige Tage davor.

El viaje en speedboat muy bien porque la barca era nueva aunque no demasiado espaciosa y el mar estaba en calma.
Lo peor fue el viaje en furgoneta donde pasamos muchísima calor durante las 4 horas que duró porque la furgoneta era muy vieja y el aire acondicionado no daba para más.
El conductor hizo muchas paradas donde entregaba paquetes y se bajaba gente y subía otra. La furgoneta iba tan a tope que las maletas iban entre los pasajeros.
Elegí TaweeSub por las buenas críticas pero no lo recomendaría por el viaje en furgoneta.
