Esther SAccording to the schedule, the bus from Ohrid to Durrës was supposed to arrive around 12:00 pm. In reality, we did not arrive until around 3:00 pm. About one hour of the delay was caused by waiting at the border, which is understandable, but the overall journey still took much longer than advertised.
What disappointed me most, however, was the situation after arrival. The driver offered to take me directly to my hotel for an additional fee of around 10 euros. Since I would have had to pay for a taxi anyway, I accepted the offer. The driver seemed friendly and trustworthy, so I had no reason to believe there would be any problems.
Unfortunately, he dropped me off in a completely different part of Durrës and told me that I only had to walk a short distance to my hotel. This turned out not to be true. In reality, the hotel was still about a 30-minute walk away. Carrying a suitcase and a backpack in temperatures of over 30°C, this was not a reasonable situation.
Fortunately, I was able to find a taxi quickly, and the driver took me to the correct hotel location. For a service that I paid extra for, I expected something very different. I found this behaviour unprofessional and very disappointing.

Anonymous Een gemengde rit. Een propere bus, vlot verkeer en vriendelijke chauffeur. Het leek soms of de chauffeur de bus niet goed kende ofwel dat er iets mis was met de bus. Hij viel stil in het begin, tijdens een plas-stop bekeek hij de motor ook eens en uiteindelijk moesten we dan ook nog eens wisselen van bus. Het gaf ons een onzeker gevoel.

Anonymous I paid for a tickets from ochrid to durres but driver let us stop in Tirana and I have to pay again. I have to pay for a tickets from Tirana to durres in another bus because a driver told us that we have to be in another bus. In another bus I have to pay again for a tickets from Tirana to Durres 700 lec.

Anonymous Our trip was from 07.00 until 10.20 from Ohrid to Plepa bus station in Durres. I showed the driver a message I've received from a lady in Durres, where to stop, and the driver said yes, yes I know. I started to be suspisious when entering Albania the driver stoped for a foodbreak. Then he turned off the AC, took on 2 passengers! At around 11 we stoped in Tirana! We had to change bus, to a local bus. Finally we came to Durres, but far from Plepa bus station, to Durres bus station. I do not understand this mess. I will never advice anyone to use this bus, never.
