Pierre MBastante tranquilo, recebi ajuda do suporte da 12go imediatamente pelo whatsapp quando houve um problema com o e-mail que forneci. A agência de viagens foi eficiente e parecia ser confiável o suficiente. A operadora foi simpática. Eles nos levaram cerca de duas horas mais cedo da agência de viagens para a estação central de ônibus, então tivemos que esperar lá, mas há um 7-11 e algumas lojas. O rapaz que cuidava dos passageiros no ônibus era muito simpático e sorridente, tentava ajudar a todos e compensava sua falta de inglês com sua boa vontade. Ele nos deu um sanduíche de manteiga e um pouco de água. Houve uma parada de cerca de 5 horas para que pudéssemos comer em um restaurante na rodovia, trocando a passagem de ônibus por uma refeição, que estava muito boa. A parada foi bem rápida, portanto, tome cuidado para não deixar o ônibus passar sem você.
Chegamos à estação de ônibus de Chiang Mao e não à casa de hóspedes anunciada pelo site, mas isso não nos importou, pois não pretendíamos ficar lá. Mas isso pareceu incomodar uma família que havia viajado conosco e ficou bastante irritada com o contratempo.
O ônibus era bom, consegui dormir muito bem, o que é incomum para mim nesses cenários. O assento podia reclinar bastante e o espaço para as pernas era bom. Sou bastante alto, então acabei ficando com uma perna para fora no corredor central do ônibus e espremendo a outra entre nossas malas, pois não havia nenhum compartimento de armazenamento acima da cabeça, então tive que colocá-las embaixo do assento à nossa frente.
Recomendamos levar uma jaqueta ou até mesmo um suéter leve para o ar-condicionado que ficará ligado o tempo todo se você for propenso a pegar resfriados, bem como alguns tampões de ouvido ou fones de ouvido com cancelamento de ruído, pois os ventiladores e o ar-condicionado são muito barulhentos. Chegamos bem revigorados em Chiang Mai e conseguimos ter um dia inteiro de passeio depois da viagem. Não sentimos necessidade de pegar no sono e não nos sentimos muito cansados durante o dia. Portanto, como um ônibus noturno, ele serve ao seu propósito, embora pareça ter saído diretamente do início dos anos 2000 e chacoalhe bastante.

Grace GO ônibus não era como o da foto e não havia TV nem lanches, como mencionado. Tenho 1,80 m de altura, então era muito desconfortável para uma pessoa alta, mas consegui sentar na frente e fiquei com as pernas apoiadas no corrimão à minha frente (eu estava no nível superior), pois percebi que as outras pessoas também faziam isso nas outras fileiras e acordei com o motorista do ônibus batendo nas minhas pernas, entendo que talvez isso possa ser rude na cultura deles, mas não havia necessidade de me bater enquanto eu estava dormindo.
Como ponto positivo, foi muito mais rápido do que o esperado, cerca de duas horas antes do previsto, e fui conduzido ao meu quarto de hotel, o que foi ótimo, pois chegamos à estação por volta das 5h.
Os funcionários da 12go são super prestativos e não houve nenhuma confusão, o que foi ótimo para uma primeira experiência.
Da próxima vez, eu escolheria o ônibus VIP com leito mais caro, pois foi muito difícil dormir.

Emily BPoorly organised bus services. Following arrival at pier, BBC did not clearly communicate with passengers. Passengers were advised that there would be a 10 minute wait, which increased to an hour without being told. Passengers went without food during the wait in case of missing bus however there was plenty of time. From the pier there was a mini van transfer to the bus depot, my husband and I were in the last row between luggage and had to climb over seats and sit with our knees up. Once we got to the depot, the bus was not as advertised. Old, no USB ports down stairs, WIFI was not available and no snack was provided. Again there was an hour wait at the depot which was advertised as 10 minutes. Poor communication, uncomfortable, chairs broken. Would avoid at all costs. The only reason I have scored a 2 is the ferry via SeaTran is prompt and comfortable.

Ronja BNot a VIP buss at all, had way better buses on other trips in Thailand. The pickup was not in time, and it was a small van with non working AC completely full with other people, and was stuck for a couple of hours in that van, before next stop that only had water and chips as only option for food. And then another van again, complete full again, and then another stop and now it’s around 6 in the evening, nobody informs you about what’s going on. And here we had to stay for another hour and they only had two options of food which was laying in plastic boxes in the outside temperature.. and if you don’t want food poisoning you can’t eat that. And then finally a buss after more than half of the trip, also completely full, no possibility too charged your phone. One stop after that in the middle of the night, and then we arrived at 5:20 in Bangkok. All in all not a good experience, but we made it to Bangkok.

Julie DI booked a vip bus to be comfortable to sleep during the journey and they did o erbook it so we ended up me and other people on little bench in the down part of the bus with the luggage.
Very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. The toilet was also not usable.if I wanted this kind of experience I would have paid for a low cost ticket. The changes were fluent tho and quite well organized.

Margot BIn Samui you’ll have someone giving you the ferry ticket approx. 30 min before the departure. If you wanna buy food or drinks before the night, do it in Samui : when you arrive at Surat Thani there’s directly a transfer before getting into the bus for the night (we waited for 20mim for the transfer to go because they wanted to make sure everyone was there, then 1h or so for the night bus to arrive). You cannot buy anything there.
Bus is like 25people, and you have a break around 0.30/1.00 for 30 min where you can buy drinks and food if you couldn’t at Surat Thani.
Still the best bus company for us for night travels.

Olivia CThe service in terms of getting our information, getting to the bus and transferring to our hotel was great however on the bus itself we had issues. Our seats were the third row from the back (two seats together) we firstly had very wobbly seats which we realised was due to a loose screw underneath the seats which could not be tightened. Secondly the outside seat recliner did not work so my friend had to sit upright for the whole journey which was not comfortable or enjoyable for her. The price we paid and the “VIP” standard was not reflected in this service due to the issue with the seats, a recliner seat should be in working condition or stated otherwise.

After changing vehicles for my final destination, the driver asked me for money to take me to my hotel, even though it was supposed to be included in the fare, especially since we had already passed my hotel during the trip. Jelena MThe bus was late and also not in good condition, it looked like it was from the 1960s, most of the USB ports were broken, some seats could not be reclined, very little leg room. The staff was far from polite and professional. When we arrived at the place where we need to transfer to another bus the staff simply started screaming in the middle of the night and scared the living shit out of everyone on the bus that was asleep or half asleep. They were screaming everyone heading to Phuket get off here, when what they actually meant was Everyone needs to get off the bus so there was a lot if confusion due to bad communication on their end. The screaming staff was the worst I have ever encountered, and can just say if you travel with them don’t expect anything even close to the word of customer service

Do not go by the things mentioned in the amenities because none of them were provided, the charging points are broken, not even a water bottle was given you can forget about snacks and food.
The seats were very uncomfortable. We couldn’t even stretch our legs. Forget about sleeping.
Initially was taken to a place three hours away in a mini bus, then transfer to this So called bus.

Chloe MThe bus departed 2 hours left, we had little information regarding this, when asked we were told they were waiting on another bus coming however, a bus that had been sitting there the whole time we were waiting was used. The bus was listed as VIP with wifi, chargers etc, there was no wifi and the under seat chargers did not work. Driver was pretty grumpy too. Seats did recline right back and a blanket was provided. We arrived into Bangkok over 2 hours later than scheduled, thankfully made my next flight.
