Most of the staff didn't speak a word English, none got any information during the way. The bus came ca. 40 min too late (which was ok, cause we've been informed about the possible delays). The seat cover was ripped, there was a hole in it. The air- condition didn't work properly (only my bf at the window got a bit fresh, cold air). The seats were extremely uncomfortable, you can't sleep on these since the bus also jumps all the way (bad roads). I'm not a "princess" and have used bus connections very often in Europe, but you can't compare it. We've taken the bus only cause of the flight phobia of my friend, wanted to drive in the night to the south, so we could sleep a bit during the night and don't "lose" the day for driving. You have to change the vehicles a few times, usually you don't get any proper information about where u are (some of the staff was even rude as we showed first the printed ticket instead of the ticket you got from the driver). If you have an opportunity : take a plane from Bangkok to Krabi and then a ferry to Koh Phi Phi. The 12go organisation went well, but it's another transport firm.

Very good organized, everything on time. We needed to change bus 1 time in Surat Thani but it was fast. Then in Krabi we was moved to minivan - it took us to pier in 15 mins and the last stage was ferry - 1,5h. All information about changes was known before we bought tickets, so we were prepared. Around 23-24 is 40 minutes brake in place where you can eat and drink. Bus was convinient.

The bus was comfy and seats extend so you can sleep. There’s a 40 minute stop. We did set off late though, an hour and a half late so a lot of waiting around. Tv’s don’t work and no steward.

Quite all right. I would give 5stars but the bus was late.departure from bangkok was not at 7pm but at 9pm. I didn't mind very much since it was a night bus and the trip was on Friday before new year.

Although we had a safe trip, the bus from Bangkok was in not a good shape. It is quite uncomfortable to sleep on the seat even more if you're tall. The next trips were nice.
