Bas yang hebat! Katil tidur selesa, walaupun kecil. Kakitangan di dalam bas sangat membantu, dan akan mengatur perhentian tepat pada masanya dalam perjalanan untuk tandas / makanan. Satu-satunya kritikan saya adalah berkaitan dengan tempoh (perjalanan mengambil masa lebih lama daripada biasa), tetapi sebaliknya, perkhidmatan yang sangat baik!

Perjalanan yang baik ke atas semua. Bermula lewat sejam, pemandu menggunakan honnya untuk memainkan lagu-lagu yang menjengkelkan tetapi secara keseluruhan ia adalah perjalanan yang baik.

akan menghargai jika terdapat pemandu berbahasa Inggeris di sekitar kerana saya adalah orang terakhir yang menaiki bas walaupun awal ke stesen. nasib baik mereka ingat saya dan datang menjemput saya menaiki basikal.

12Go tidak menempah tiket, memberikan nombor telefon saya kepada syarikat bas (yang mereka perlukan untuk mencari tiket saya), dan tidak membayar syarikat itu tepat pada masanya. Maklumat mengenai terminal dan masa berlepas tidak dijelaskan oleh 12Go dan maklumat keselamatan covid yang diberikan oleh 12Go tidak tepat. Thanh Buoi bagus- tetapi 12Go payah.

I don't usually write reviews on here but I felt compelled to for this company. Hands down the best transport experience I've had in my life. Was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided with this company. From the moment you arrived at their office in HCMC staff are there to greet you and provide you with a chair and information. The busses run on time like clockwork every 15 minutes. The bus itself is super modern and comfortable you're provided with a blanket and water and wet wipes. The cabin is so clean and comfortable with a TV screen and usb charging ports, reading light with multiple settings. There is a shutter for the indow so no light comes in if you choose. There is also a curtain to the bus itself which velcros shut so you can have full privacy. I felt the driver drove safely and also didn't sound the horn too much or too loudly (which I was worried about as I was in the front cabin) when you arrive at dalat you are dropped at their super modern, clean and well staffed office where they even provide complimentary snacks and tea which was great for us as we had to wait there a few hours before we could check into our hostel. Overall a brilliant experience would highly recommend.

The driver was weirdly touchy (another passenger complained about it too), the bus had to go into the garage halfway to get something checked/fixed, and (but maybe it is always like this) the bus was constantly making a low humming noise, which I can only assume was because the bus driver was not driving in the correct gear (too high) for its speed. Sometimes I would notice him shift gears and the sound go away.

Unreliable schedule, no one informing about the time of arrival of the bus. Put us at the end on an another bus, rude personal.
