keselesaannya baik-baik saja, anda mendapat selimut dan makanan ringan serta air dan tempat duduk kembali agak banyak! anda berhenti sekali untuk makan malam pada kira-kira jam 11 malam. tetapi pemandu itu tidak baik langsung! dia memandu untuk berpuasa, saya takut sepanjang masa dan sangat gembira apabila perjalanan tamat dan kami semua sihat!

Kelebihan: tempat duduk yang besar dan selesa, selimut dan air/makanan ringan disediakan oleh kakitangan Kelemahan: hanya separuh daripada bas dimaklumkan tentang perhentian, kakitangan bercakap sedikit bahasa Inggeris, bas kotor di dalam, tiada soket/port USB untuk pengecas

Tempat duduk keras dan sedikit condong, tiada rehat kaki atau rehat kaki. Tiada palam usb, tiada wifi. Jadual dihormati. Penghawa dingin yang baik. Kami jelas lebih suka mengembara dengan syarikat lain (Lignite) yang akan kami sambung semula tanpa teragak-agak.

Bas sudah lama tetapi ini boleh anda lihat dengan jelas dalam gambar. Masalah utama adalah bau dari bilik mandi bas, benar-benar menjijikkan dan ia berterusan sepanjang 12 jam perjalanan. Pemandu itu tidak boleh pergi terus dan saya sering mual. Kakitangan tidak menyebut kami mempunyai makan malam bufet percuma apabila kami berhenti untuk satu-satunya rehat yang kami ada (bufetnya tidak sedap jadi mungkin membeli sesuatu apabila anda berhenti). Saya memberi 3 bintang kerana harga yang murah berbanding dengan penerbangan .

Pertama, jangan melalui 12goAsia kerana anda membayar 800 baht seorang manakala harga yang dibayar di terminal ialah 550. Rancang untuk pergi ke tandas dan dapatkan makanan ringan kerana bas hanya membuat satu perhentian selepas 5:30 jalan. Anda akan mendapati untuk semua orang selimut, sebotol air, kit sarapan pagi dan juga makanan percuma semasa persinggahan yang terkenal dan hanya. Kemungkinan untuk pergi ke Mo Chit atau Sai Tai Mai. Nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang jika anda tidak melalui 12goAsia.

Ia sangat kuat. Bas bergegar. Tidak boleh tidur, kerana tidak ada tempat duduk bersandar. Kakitangan sebaliknya sangat bagus.

Kecewa sepenuhnya. Kakitangan bas sangat tidak mesra dan kelihatan terganggu apabila saya meminta mereka membenarkan saya mengecas telefon bimbit. Tiada sebarang soket USB untuk mengecas peranti elektronik anda; tidak boleh diterima pada abad ke-21 untuk perjalanan 12 jam. TV tidak berfungsi. Lampu penumpang individu tidak berfungsi. Sarung tempat duduk pelindung di bahagian kepala KOTOR . Dari semasa ke semasa bau najis dan air kencing yang MENGERIKAN datang dari tandas . Jika wakil syarikat pengangkutan memerlukan beberapa nasihat teknikal bagaimana untuk menyelesaikan masalah bau ini pada masa hadapan saya boleh memberikan mereka penyelesaian PERCUMA.

Bus arrived on time and we started the journey with some snack, there was a blanket to cover and water. Staff in the bus nice even though they did not speak much English. We also stopped for a dinner in the canteen (they offered typical Thai food I guess). I think at the end the bus was a bit late, but overall it felt like driver is good so I felt safe. Of course it's a long journey, I was prepared that might be a bit uncomfortable sit like this for so many hours.

Everything went well with the trip. We arrived early and they let us get on the earlier bus. We stoped for dinner at 10pm food was included for free with the bus ticket purchase.

Des sièges qui s'inclinaient particulièrement ce qui était super pour dormir, en revanche j'étais placée juste en haut des escaliers et les odeurs qui remontaient des toilettes en bas étaient très difficiles... choisissez bien vos places.

All good. 12Go voucher exchanged as expected. On time.

lovely stuff, free food, smooth ride thank you

Pros: Very punctual (Departure and arrival), we were given a blanket (very useful with the high AC that you can't shut down, it's on all night), chairs were comfortable (can lean back to almost 180degrees and you can have a decent sleep), a snack was offered (A bottle of water, crackers, chocolate cake, instant coffee). Cons: Quite a bumpy ride (but that's not the company's fault as roads are not that good), bathroom smell was quite disturbing whenever the door was opened, staff don't speak good English so I struggled to know when should I leave and is it Morchit station already... P.S 1: I read on the comments that a buffet dinner was also offered, I honestly was asleep so I can't confirm. P.S 2: Both stations are safe and quite crowded, so for a solo traveler it was convenient to arrive at 5:30 am to Morchit where I just chilled until sunrise. Overall, given the price, I give 4 stars.

Horrible food; crew can’t speak English; my chair regulation didn’t work properly, lights for reading not available

The a/c was too high, like a windy day in Siberia and my seat didn't go down for sleeping.

The bus reached the destination on time. However, seats were slightly uncomfortable. Sockets for chargers were missing.

Comfortable trip. Would have been good to know there was a toilet on board and when the break would be. Arrived on time.

Had to change the bus in the middle of the night at 3:00 am. Were not warned about it, neither when buying the ticket, nor when loading on the bus. Arrived one hour late. Stopped for dinner very late, at about 23:00. Some people say it could be even up to 3 bus changes during the journey. The buses where ok, but the second had less space.

Trip was ok. However the bus we booked was for a southern bus terminal in bangkok, but the bus that came to pick us up hasn't gone to southern bus terminal but it went to Mochit which was quite bodersome for us, since we allready aranged the transport from southern bus terminal.

The trip is too long for this bus. The chairs are uncomfortable for so many hours.

Ten minutes into the journey a fault developed on the bus and we needed to change bus. This wasn't too much of a problem and overall the journey and driver was excellent. My problem started when I tried to get off the bus at Southern and was told I needed to stay on to Morchit to get my bus to Cambodia. The person who told me this was a "welcomer" from Southern and NOT the bus company. After 24 hours with no sleep I didn't question this. Long story short - I found out I was in the wrong station half an hour before my bus was due to leave from Southern. I had to buy another ticket from Morchit to Siem Reap.

Broken seat, barely enough room for legs, the dinner was terrible and small and the coffee I ordered from the steward never came. The only good thing was that the bus was not fully loaded

Journey was OK, seats tight for a "sleeper service", mind you their English isn't very good so be very patient!

Comfortable and pleasant experience! The bus arrived early, refreshments and blankets were given! Overall very good experience.

It was pretty confusing getting off the bus at 4:00 in the morning and not knowing where to go. But I figured it out eventually maybe it would have been nice with more information desks

Hospitality was gewat, however the seat was uncomfortable and I was stuck in the ailse despite asking for a window seat.

Bathroom a bit dirty and saw small cockroach. Air con was not very good

Fine journey but we did arrive over 2 hours early which was unexpected

Pros: bus arrived on time, a small buscuit snack and bottle of water was offered to passengers free of charge, air con, toilet onboard, comfortable seats that recline quite far back, one service stop at 23:00, good communication between bus operators and passengers. Cons: busy full bus, not much leg room, smell of urine wafted through the bus. Overall would recommend this journey as a cheap way to get from Krabi to Bangkok.

Lack of communication staff. Departing late. Sleeping nearly impossible due to chair and passenger in front that was chrushing my legs.

The seats weren’t very comfortable and the personal didn’t speak English.

The ride was straightforward, however I feel that the attendant could have been more proactive in collecting trash. I also don't understand why there were no reading lights on the bus from sunset until 10pm. I asked for reading lights and the attendant just said "no sorry". I tried multiple times and she said no. The bus already doesn't have wifi or other luxury amenities. So why couldn't they at least have put the reading lights on so that I could read during the early evening. No logic.

Bus was not really comfortable. We used some other buses in Thailand that were much better.

Very pleasant, safe and comfortable way from krabi to bangkok. Nice staff lots of place, good dinner. I will use in the future.

All of the announcements were only in Thai and there was only one stop on a busdrive of 12 hours, while the bus driver pulled over a few times to get some food for himself and drop of a friend. Also, we arrived two hours earlier than planned, so our hotel did not expect us yet since it was 5 in the morning. The bus itself was quite comfortable and we got some water, snacks and a blanket.

I only wish there were inputs to charge phones. Other than that excellent and once again, tasty food!

It was a nice bus Service. Reached earlier than expected.

A solid 3.5. The bad was strange time changes. I booked it for 5:30 pm, then it got changed to 5:00 pm. They sent me two emails within a week and even a text confirming this. Then when I got to the station early, they said it was changed to 6:00 pm which I was not notified of. The bus itself: not super comfortable as the seats aren't very big and they played this intense horror movie with lots of graphic, gory sounds for everyone which I found a strange choice for a bus ride. The good was the great customer service on the phone and email. The ride was generally fine, the driver was efficient but not urgent or lurching. It wasn't that cold as reviews say, I wore a tee and skirt and used their provided blanket, it was enough. And I really enjoyed the route taken, where you could see glistening stars dotting the velvet sky a good chunk of the way back to Bangkok.
