Qistna Express SG

The bus was quite good, just the airco was high and there were no blankets available at the bus so I was freezing, we arrived on time as scheduled

Trip took around 7 hours instead of 4:30, but bus is comfy.

Instead of 9am we left at 10.15 AM. Why this LONG DELAY. ? My trip ticket Clearly Printed destination Chinatown , KL. But we were dropped off opposite Puduraya , KL..

Wir waren 3h zu spät dran, der busfahrer hat aufeinmal angehalten & war ewig weg.

Very comfortable bus, very pleasant journey, friendly driver - but it took 7 and a half hours instead of the advertised 4 and a half. We left over half an hour later than advertised, and then took a very circuitous route to cross into Malaysia (no additional stops or pickups, so why?). 3 hours after our original start time, we were only 50km away from our start point. I get that bus timings will always vary with traffic, etc, but this was a bit of a joke.
