Perjalanan yang sangat baik. Stesen bas Yangon agak huru-hara tetapi semua orang sangat membantu dalam mencari pejabat bas. Kami tiba awal dan dapat bas lebih awal & naik taraf ke bas VIP

Sangat sukar untuk mencari pengendali bas yang betul. Stesen bas berkembang untuk beberapa jalan. Bas itu sangat selesa. Air, selimut disertakan. Dua perhentian dengan tandas. Di dalam bas sangat sejuk dan a/c berfungsi sepanjang jalan.

Bas semalaman yang sangat selesa. Kakitangan yang comel. Satu-satunya perkara yang saya suka ialah lampu membaca.

Semuanya berjalan lancar dan cepat. Kami memberitahu pemandu alamat hotel kami dan je membawa kami ke sana jadi ia sangat bagus - menjimatkan wang kami :)

Kami mengembara dari Yangon ke Dawei dengan bas (deluxe) dan ia berjalan lebih baik daripada yang dijangkakan. Pemandu kelihatan sangat berpengalaman dan kami tiba hanya lewat 30 minit daripada yang dijadualkan untuk perjalanan sejauh 600km. Kakitangannya ramah dan perhentian untuk rehat tandas (tiada TIADA di dalam bas) datang dengan kerap setiap 2-3 jam. Kami menerima sebotol air, kopi dan makanan ringan sebelum kami berlepas. Saya syorkan untuk tidak minum terlalu banyak kerana sesetengah jalan agak beralun dan anda mungkin jatuh sakit. Multimedia tidak berfungsi dalam perjalanan kami. Nasib baik tiada muzik dimainkan. Ia agak sejuk kerana A/C tinggi tetapi ia menawarkan selimut. Bawa bantal kembung dan berehat di tempat duduk yang besar. Anda hampir tidak akan menemui sebarang tidur tetapi ia adalah satu pengalaman dan berharga hanya 20€. Kami ingin menaiki kereta api yang sepatutnya mengambil masa 24 jam tetapi ia tidak beroperasi dan kami tidak menyesal mengurangkan masa perjalanan sebanyak 50%.

Kami mengembara dengan kanak-kanak kecil pokok dan ia berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat sebuah tv kecil di hadapan setiap tempat duduk supaya Kanak-kanak seronok bermain di atasnya sehingga mereka tertidur dan tidur sehingga perhentian kedua iaitu pada pukul 5 pagi. Heli dan Petri, Finland

Perjalanan mengambil masa 11 jam. Masa ketibaan dengan tiket 12go Asia (5.30 pagi) adalah tidak realistik. Terdapat dua perhentian untuk minuman (makan malam dan sarapan pagi). Laluan dari Hpa An ke Myawaddy sangat beralun. Sejak itu (lebih kurang 3.00 pagi) tidur sukar untuk difikirkan. Tempat duduknya sangat selesa malah tempat duduk individu ditawarkan.

Prosedur yang mudah dan cepat. Organisasi penyedia perkhidmatan yang baik.

Dari Myawady ke Hpa An, ia mengambil masa kira-kira enam jam di atas jalan yang tidak berturap dan berdebu. Kemudian, jalan itu lebih baik. Kami sampai di Rangun dalam 11 jam jam 9 malam.

They came to pick me up to my hotel for free. (You need to call them for pick up, though). Very comfortable seat, with thick blanket. They offerred nice hot coffee before departure, and nice cold towel and toothbrush, etc. for 30-minute break. Everyone needs to get off the bus for the 30-minutes break for security reasons (as the driver locks the door).

nice, big chairs (which you can adjust according to your needs), during trip we got water, fanta, some snacks, can watch movies and listen to the music. The only small minus was very weak english of the stuff but honestly speaking- not necessery part.

Easy booking experience but the final location wasn’t correct. Would be better if they showed a map of where you get dropped off

12Go is really helping with the ticket, though this time kinda' late in processing, and it will be great if you guys ask me about the seat before booking it ???? As for the bus, everything is ok, but the leg space is quite close and it's really tiring for the leg, especially for 5-6 hours ride ????

The “vip lounge” is a total mess... but the trip was fine, no complains, except - as usual -polar cold in the bus, bring clothes

The ride was nearly perfect. On time, great service, snack & water provided, good driver & comfy chairs that reclined well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the aircon which made it a freezing cold ride and that there wasn’t a bathroom on board as advertised. Other than that great trip!

Nice and plseant journey. They served drink and sneak and even toiletries thing for us.

It was supposed to be 10 hours but it was more than 12 hours. And the air conditioning was extremely cold.

Comfortable bus, however no toilet on the bus. Stopped twice for toilet, some of them quite disgusting... Of course not the driver's fault...

AC is very strong. Too cold in the bus.

No one, including 12Go, informed us that a photo copy of our passport stamp page was required. We were 1.5 hours early, and still were nearly removed from our seats at the last minute. One of the employees took our passports to get photocopied at the very last possible minute. The seats were comfortable though.

Good bus,, good staff , clean but no toilet in the bus.

I had no choice but to book an overnight bus because the sleeper train is full. The bus is clean and the steward is very attentive, with snacks and drinks for everyone. Good experience.

Very comfortable coach and safe driving

Bus was on time, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable journey. On board there were blankets on each seat, a bottle of water, a snack and a TV and headset to watch movies or listen to music. Air conditioning worked well and wasn't too cold but this may be as we were travelling during the day. We had one rest stop of 30 mins when we were given a toothbrush and toothpaste and a wet towel. Driving was a bit careless, braking at the last minute and lots of being thrown around the bus, especially when there are no seatbelts on board. Overall a good experience and a comfortable journey but just 1 toilet stop over 7 hours was not enough. There should be at least 2 stops.

Got picked up at hotel by bus company staff to terminal. Comfy seats, hot coffee before departure..snacks and extra drinks were distributed. Stopped for a meal and continue journey. Over all pleasant ride from 9pm to 6am.

Bus was in great condition, very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have wifi on the bus and help foreigners get off at the right stop by letting them know which is their’s - sometimes it can be difficult to hear the driver shouting which stop it is and with no signage/speaking another language it is tricky.

I bought an express ticket from Bagan to Aung Mingular but instead this bus makes multiple stops along the way to pickup random people by the roadside. I think this wasted time and we were not informed about it. The music is turned on super loud and it was only lowered after we complained. On a 9 hour bus ride, you tend to want to get some sleep but this was impossible due to the loud music. The bus conductor also did not tell us how long a stop would be, so we had to constantly check so that we can manage time and not get left behind. I know its an economy ticket but the cleanliness on the bus really does need to be improved.

Not a sleeping bus as advertised. Just a recliner seat. So disappointed.

It was, surprisingly, the most comfy bus I have ever been!

We were running late due to traffic And the bus waited for us. So nice and the blankets were very comfortable. Highly recommend

The trip was enjoyable but the AC leaked a lot, all our bags left the seat compartment were wet.

A lot of stops in the middle of the night and I, and 2 other random passengers, were very nauseous with the windy roads on the way back down. So: - If you get carsick I do not recommend taking this bus BACK to Yangon. Going up was fine however. - All staff was super friendly and helpful in giving English instructions to us. Took care of me when I was sick too. - Food is simply a sweet jam bun, super sweet french toast, an orange soft drink and plenty of water. - Entertainment is limited to about 20 movies. Overall a good trip for my boyfriend and I, minus the carsickness.

Very comfortable Bus with good facilities like charging port, water , blanket.

One of the most luxurious busses i have ever slept in. Vert spacious, snacks, coffee, refreshing towels provided.
