Anastasia GSaya tahu masa di halaman web (4jam BKK ke Prachuap) hanyalah anggaran, tetapi bas datang lewat dan mengikut pengalaman mereka, mereka sepatutnya tahu cara menganggarkan masa dengan lebih baik. Ia mengambil masa lebih daripada 7 jam dalam realiti. Selain itu, tidak mengapa, walaupun tidak mesra warga asing (tiada seorang pun daripada kakitangan berbahasa Inggeris, tetapi ia berkata demikian di halaman web, jadi saya bersedia).

KALENINE YOK : tempahan dan penukaran tiket mudah; berlepas tepat pada masanya, bukan pemandu berbahaya. NOK : Turun di luar bandar tidak boleh diterima kerana bas melintasi seluruh bandar dan pemandu tidak teragak-agak untuk berhenti sekerap yang dia mahu. Lebih baik tidak perlu menggunakan "tandas"... Sudah tentu jadual waktu yang diberikan adalah tidak realistik dan perjalanan sejauh 200 km ini sebenarnya tidak terlalu teruk sama sekali selama 4,5 jam.

The arrival was 1,5 hours later and the bus stop in Prachuap Khiri Khan is not central! Also no taxi app is working there..

Mark EThe time given for arrival was 12.30.it wasn't scheduled to arrive till after 2.30.i only found out when I asked the time of arrival from the driver .express I don't think so.its actually a bus.many stops to pick up people and vegetables.

David TI don't know if it was the fault of Saphan or 12go.asia. But the Times on the Voucher were wrong. It said 17:30, but the ride ended for me at 19:30. Thats not good.
The busride itself was nice.

Johanna JIt's too bad the pick up is all the way out at the Sourthern Terminal. It's tough to get to - there is nothing else around there.
The timing is very wrong - I took the bus at night with no traffic and no stops - and it still took 3.5 hours to Prachuap (not Bangsapan which is further)- in the daytime with traffic and stops it takes way longer.
This is not really a trip for a foreigner, the bus doesnt really stop in Prachuap, but at a "bus stop"? just outside Prachuap. There are no taxi's there, or anyone really at all, so if you don't know someone already you will pretty much be stranded. You could walk to a gas station - that is fairly close...if you dont have luggage.
The staff that run the bus are fantastic, they do their best to be very helpful - they make sure you know which stop to get off and they are well organized. The bus itself is clean, and very air conditioned.

Justin HAgree with the other comments. Trip time was 4.5hrs not 3. Some English signs at the south terminal would be hugely helpful. And last the drop off location should be in the town, not km's out. Otherwise a good trip with great AC and a very helpful bus lady and driver.

Tom E3 hours is a complete lie. There was no traffic and no unexpected stops yet the journey took four and a half hours in total, please change the trip time on this site to be more honest.
Other than that it was a pleasant journey, the bus was decent with a small toilet and air conditioning which was working hard in the heat of summer but still kept us at a nice temperature throughout. The driver also stopped for ten minutes at the midway point to allow us to grab some food and use a public toilet.
I feel as though it would have actually been better for us to have booked our tickets at the bus terminal itself as the tickets we bought on this site meant we were left outside of town, despite the fact that the bus continues into town. We were left a little stranded as Grab doesn't work here but luckily a woman working at the bus stop called a tuk tuk for us, price was 150 Baht.

Geno N1. Some sign posting in English at the Southern Bus Terminal would be really useful as had to ask people several times to be directed to the appropriate ticket collection area.
2. Express @ Bang Saphan it ain't! From the many other customer comments it's pretty clear that it's an exaggeration. It took 5 hours not 3. The driver also stopped about 4 times for various miscellaneous activities including picking up parcels and cargo, as well as dropping off stuff.
3. Got dropped off out of town with no explanation but luckily there were some motor bike taxis around. If I had more than my hefty backpack, I would have been dead meat.

Alex WBus was 15 minutes late leaving than stated but we still arrived 2 hours later than stated on the 12go website. It didn't cause any problem but if we needed to get somewhere else after we'd be in trouble. But apart from that, bus was well airconditioned and the staff let us know when we were getting off.

Guy GThe trip took 5 1/2 hours instead of unrealistic 3 as advertised, the bus was pretty old but OK and the drop off was on the main highwah outside the town was lucky to catch a tuk tuk passing by late in the evening (not many of them around)

Judy HI booked an express bus from Bangkok to Prachuap Khiri Khan, however, it was really hard to navigate where to go when arrived at the Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok (especially carrying 15 kg bag in the crazy heat). Basically you go inside the SC Plaza on the second floor and claim your 12go Asia Voucher at the stand that corresponds to your destination. Go to Information Desk to expedite that process as there are almost 100 booths. Once you get your actual bus ticket, follow the sign that says "Platform". Your gate is the first number to the left of the ticket and your bus number has two digits (e.g. Gate 5, Bus #66-3).
Tip: You will get dropped off on the highway 3 km away from Prachuap. Be prepared to get on a tuk tuk or motorbike located at the 7-Eleven.

Oliver DBus staff were lovely - but times were severely delayed by 2 hours and we were left on a motorside lay-by with no taxi or local bus service - for an express service we expect to be dropped off in an area that is easy to access the destination we specified.
While we acknowledge delays happen, this was ridiculous. We shall be actively warning our friends and writing online to dissuade tourists from using this operator.
12Go, however, was an excellent and easy to use booking service, that we will be recommending!
