Basnya selesa. Bot laju sangat tidak selesa untuk saya! Saya berasa sakit. Tetapi kebanyakannya kami tidak tahu bahawa kami akan pergi dengan bas dari satu jeti ke jeti yang lain. Kami menelefon untuk melihat sama ada kami boleh menaiki bot terus dari dermaga Donsak tetapi diberitahu tidak. Jadi kami kehilangan satu malam hotel berhampiran dermaga Donsak dan membeli satu lagi di Surat Thani, semua ini sia-sia. Sila lebih bermaklumat tentang di mana bot bermula.

The bus is comfortable. Speed boat was very uncomfortable for me! I felt sick. But mostly we had no idea that we would go by bus from one pier to the other. We called to see if we could take the boat directly from Donsak pier but were told no. So we lost one hotel night near Donsak pier and bought another one in Surat Thani, all of this in vain. Please be more informative on where does the boat start.

Of course it was my fault in the first place but you should have seen at check-in that it was the wrong ferry. I ended up in koh tao instead of koh phangan where I had to pay another 800 batt for the crossing.
The air conditioning was also far too cold.

The bus was very old but okish. Ferry was nice with a little supermarket. Due to low season there where not to many people so it was quite comfortable.
Depending on your expectations. If you want to have a sleeping place enter the boat at least 3 hours before departure and stay there otherwise is not guaranteed that it’s still available. Boat was totally full lots of locals using it for transport accordingly is the comfort. At the end it’s a unforgettable experience didn’t sleep that much because of the heat and cuddling with locals :D

We were told we’d be there by 12pm if we left Surat Thani at 8am. So we got up early and got the transfer to the ferry. When we arrived to the ferry at 9am we were told our ferry wasn’t leaving until 11am. So we could’ve got extra sleep and got the later transfer as there was only one ferry going. Very disappointing as we had arranged a transfer on Koh Phangan for 12.

They take you from Surat Thani Center to the Port and then you go with that same ticket to the next ferry departure either to surat thani or ko samui, very good advanced system, totally professional and tech enabled. WAY better system than in other countries including europe
