There's one money exchange kiosk, however, the lady at the counter refused to buy Malaysian currency. She charged us higher fees, and poorer exchange rates. We have no choice but to proceed as we run out of cash.

Comfortable chairs, friendly staff. We bought the tickets online and easily exchanged it for paper tickets at the bus station. We received a water bottle and a snack on the bus. However, the bus left late and arrived 30 minutes late in Songkhla. During the 15-hour journey we only made one food & toilet stop. Advice for future travelers: bring your own snacks and do not sit near the toilet (there is a toilet on the bus. Probably the reason why the bus does not stop so much). Our seats were right above the toilet and after 10 hours or so it does not smell so fresh. Also, they play the TV very loud on the bus.

Booking on 12go was easy within the app but my personal preference has always been on the web. The bus was clean and comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. There was a toilet onboard, hence no need to do many stops. Bus reached the destination on time which is a lot better than when I traveled on the train from Hat Yai to Bangkok, it was delayed for more than 2 hours!

It left a little late but we arrived an hour early. The bus stops all the time for various reasons but you can’t get off. In 14 hours we were allowed off once at 2am. There needs to be a couple more times you can get off.

I loved the care taken by the driver to not be reckless. That's uncommon in Thailand. However, the aircon was set so incredibly low that I couldn't get comfortable and hardly slept the whole journey. Full sleeves and two blankets and I still felt as though I was freezing.

The organization was perfect. I book the trip from HaYai online. The bus was in time when we left - and also on arrival. For tourists it would be helpful, if you arrive in Bangkok, that you get support where you should leave the bus best-to be close to your accomodation. An advice for taxis to the hotels, could also be helpful. The temperature inside the bus was a little bit to cold. I would take the bus again and recommend to my friends

Overall was satisfied with the service. If possible the print out (e-ticket) must have more detail especially in Thai & English language so that the passenger and the terminal operator to be understand.

Meal is not included in the price ticket so you have to pay for it. 12go takes 200b commission fees, what is a little too much on my opinion so better to book directly with the company if you have time. The comfort is basic for a bus, not too comfy not bad neither.
