I would like to have received more clarity on the trip. It was by 3 different vans and bus. This was not mentioned in the trip. Also driver was really helpfull by whatsapping the suggested time. This also could be mentioned in the trip info. At last the displayed boat was not the one we travelled with such that this could also be made better

I have booked ferry+van but tickets were booked van+van. The driver left us on the road of Phuket because he doesn’t go to there, however I have indicated our drop off point in booking. Bad experience with matcha tour.

Matcha Tour people meet me at the pick up point in Lanta, told me to wait and forgot me there. So it was a bit of a stress... Still they manage to fix it an hour later and put me back on tracks from Krabi. I arrived one hour late at destination which wasn't so bad.

Ich wurde schon an dem Nachmittag davor von dem Fahrer des Transportunternehmens angeschrieben. Der Dialog zwischen uns ging immer hin und her, mir kam vor als hätte der Fahrer keine Lust mich abzuholen, denn am Schluss wollte er meine Fahrt stonieren und mir das Geld zuerst überweisen obwohl ich über 12GoAsia gebucht hatte. Zudem wurde ich am nächsten Tag gebeten an der Strasse vor dem Hotel in der Hitze zu warten, dass ich auch getan habe. Wenn ich gewusst hätte dass der Minivan sich um eine halbe Stunde verspätet als geplant, hätte ich das nicht gemacht.

Grundsätzlich als man mal im richtigen Auto saß, war alles in Ordnung. Aber man sammelt erst einmal ca 30-45 min Leute ein, um dann mit einem Umweg zu einer anderen Station zu fahren und dort Mini Van zu tauschen mit zusätzlicher Wartezeit von 45 Min. Das bedeutet statt 9:30 Uhr ging es erst um 11 Uhr zu unserer Destination. Diese Info war vorab nirgends zu lesen, deshalb ist es ärgerlich.
