バン旅行のデメリット

  • 一部のバンは非常に窮屈で、荷物スペースが限られていることがあります。実際、ほとんどすべてのバンで荷物スペースは限られており、バッグやスーツケースを複数持っている場合は、荷物用にもう一席分チケットを購入するのが賢明です。残念ながら、料金は2倍かかります。
  • バンがスケジュール通りに運行されているか、あるいは満席になり次第出発するタイプかを確認しておく価値があります。後者の場合、ルートによっては満席になるまでかなりの時間待たされる可能性があるからです。
  • バンの運転手はスピードを出しすぎることで知られています。最も評判の良い会社であっても、運転手に速度制限を守らせるのに苦労することがあります。運転手から指示がなくても、バンでの移動中は必ずシートベルトを着用してください。
  • 乗り物酔いしやすく、ルートに曲がりくねった道が含まれている場合、バスよりもバンの方が酔う可能性が高くなります。念のため、出発の30分前に酔い止めを服用しておきましょう。

This was my second time traveling with this company. On my first trip, everything went smoothly, but unfortunately, this time I was quite disappointed. They advertise Wi-Fi on the bus, but there was no Wi-Fi at all during the entire 7-hour journey. I was counting on having internet to work along the way, especially since I had Wi-Fi on my previous trip with them. I also missed the water bottle they provide to travelers on my first trip, so I was expecting to receive one this time, but unfortunately, I didn't. The biggest issue for me was the additional $10 fee for border assistance. My trip was from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh. The company collects your passport and the $10 fee while you're still on the bus, before you even reach the border. They don't give you the option to handle the visa/border process yourself, even though you are perfectly able to do it on your own. I understand charging for an assistance service if a passenger chooses to use it, but in this case, the service is mandatory because they don't allow you to do the process independently. In my opinion, if I'm paying for a bus ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh, I shouldn't be forced to pay an additional $10 for a service I don't need or want to use. Overall, I expected a similar experience to my first trip, but unfortunately, this time it wasn't as good.

The location in Siem Reap was the wrong one and we looked for it for a long time. When we finally found it the bus was late (thank god because we were late too because of them) then as the bus was getting more people we realised the driver was giving everyone a water bottle exception us… When we asked for one they didn’t have any more…

The border crossing went quickly, and Capitol had things well organized. BUT having said that, they cheated us. We had to travel the entire journey in a cramped van, even though we had booked VIP seats that were supposed to recline. A very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

Really good experience! They even waited for me because my ferry was delayed. Good communication via what’s app how to find the vehicle and the van itself was clean, spacious and with AC. Plus we were perfectly on time. Fully recommend!

We thought we would travel in a confortable bus but we traveled in a mini bus that was not confortable at all. Our backs really hurt. However, we had the chance to be helped at the border by an employee ; it really made the process of crossing the border easy and we are very grateful for it.

Pick up pretty smooth,after that downhill Driver did not communicate at all,he stopped at various places just outside the City and picked up some random people who then took up the spare seats. Obviously a hustle! They were then dropped off at various places along the route He stopped the bus,left the engine running on two subsequent occasionsand got out without explaining it was a rest stop? There was only one bottle of water on an eight hour journey given,no snacks provided despite it being advertised on the website. When we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City he made no announcement that we had arrived at our destination,it only became obvious when he got off the bus and stareted to unload everyone’s luggage This was on the side of a busy street with what appeared to no organisation Certainly would not reccomend if this is the standard

The bus stopped very often to pick up and drop random people along the way. A 6 hour journey turned into a 7 1/2 hours because of this. Additionally the couple of times the driver stopped for “toilet” breaks we were not told how long the stop was for so it was very confusing. Several people asked the driver but he could not speak any English so we had no idea what was going on at each stop!

Took almost 8hrs. Not even close to 6hrs that the reservation says. Other than that, all ok as the bus was literally not even half full so it was comfortable. But if it was full, I think it would be an issue as there is not even a hand divider between the seats

I traveled with Capitol from Sihanouk Province and had a very good experience. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The seats were spacious, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout the journey, making the trip relaxing. The driver drove safely and responsibly, and the staff were polite and helpful from boarding until arrival. The departure was well organized, and the bus arrived on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, the journey was smooth and comfortable, and I felt safe during the whole trip. Capitol is a reliable bus company with good service and reasonable pricing. I would definitely choose Capitol again for future trips and highly recommend it to other travelers in Cambodia.

It was a sleeper bus. Cold air was coming from several vents, blowing directly onto my head and face, and it was almost impossible to close or adjust them. Because of this, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. They provided a small blanket, but it was too small and did not help much against the cold. The second issue was the toilet. It was very wet inside, and it was difficult to use it properly. At the same time, passengers were required to take off their shoes inside the bus, which made using the toilet barefoot very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The most serious issue, however, was the incorrect departure location shown on your website. The address indicated online was in a completely different part of the city from the actual departure point. Fortunately, I checked the location one day in advance and managed to find the correct place on my own. Otherwise, even if I had arrived two hours early at the address shown on the website on the same day, I would have missed the bus entirely, as the real departure point is on the opposite side of the city. This information must be corrected immediately to avoid passengers missing their trips.

Good ... but could be better. Suppose to leave at 8.00 am, we left at 8.10am. Suppose to arrive at 2pm, we arrives at 4.40 pm ! Driver drives properly, not too fast , not too dangerous, but he stops every 10mn to drop or take a package somewhere ! We did 4 stops for toilets, maybe 2 should have been enough for this trip. This bus was confortable, with big chairs , you can lay down your legs and recline your seat. A/C works properly. Price was good for this véhicule /ride.

The pickup location was completely wrong. In the time we were waiting there were five other people showing up aswell and we all missed our buses. Please change that! Aswell a phone number or email adress would help a lot to be able to contact the company in cases like this. 12go support didnt respond at all... At least we could change the bus without extra fee to a later one after we finally were at the right location

This was the quickest and cheapest option and the comfiest bus I ever went on!! Staff were super helpful, helped us with the visa form and took us across the border no problems! If there were more pictures of the bus everyone would book this!

Horaires à rallonge car on nous a donné RDV à 17h30 à une agence pour être « pris en charge » par un seul tuk tuk pour 2 personnes avec 2 valises et 2 sacs à dos pour nous amener à 45mn de là au minibus qui n’a démarré qu’à 18h30. À savoir que nous étions de base très en avance devant cette fameuse agence difficile d’accès, c’était totalement illogique. Le trajet en minibus a été long et éreintant car nous avons été secoués à foison. Le confort est très moyen, on a eu l’impression de se rendre sur la lune vu les secousses. Une petite bouteille d’eau est fournie avec une lingette dans le bus, ce qui est appréciable. La communication est clairement à améliorer (notamment sur les informations pratiques : lieu de rendez-vous, horaires précis, etc.) tandis que la logistique tuk tuk elle est catastrophique. Globalement une expérience très décevante, qui plus est pour démarrer notre séjour.

Viaggio partito leggermente in ritardo ma super comodo con il van spazioso e con l'aria condizionata equilibrata bene. L'autista molto rapido, a volte un po' troppo, ma il viaggio è filato liscio. 2 pause bagno e cibo. Un ottimo viaggio nel complesso al giusto prezzo.

Удобные матрасы и подушки, хороший туалет. Поездки весьма комфортная. Выехали вовремя. Приехали вовремя. У нас были первые места около водителя, возможно поэтому сильно дул кондиционер и я слегка замерзла. Но это не портит впечатление от поездки. Один раз останавливались, чтобы посадить других пассажиров по пути следования.
