The train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai is a journey everyone should make. The beds are comfortable. But there is not much space to storage your luggage. I had to sleep with all by luggage. For me that's okay but it's not how it should be. The announcement that we arrived at Chiang Mai was horrible. I did not knew if we arrived or not. The man from the train shouted to everyone to get out. Not very nice. It was also not known that the beds were going to be seats. For more than 2 hours we had to seat, it would be nice if you can sleep until an half hour before the arrival. Besides that it was a magic trip, the train left on time and the boarding went smooth.

It was a pleasant short flight, staff were very friendly, 10 points for the service. I was very surprised when the pilot called out that we were getting noodles with black bean sauce, We were very tired, but when we heared there is food on the way we were very happy.
All in all, nice service, good food and good flight.

On time, good driver, good car. Pick up at the airport between arrivals gates 3 and 4 opposit the airport information desk. You will find your name on a paper with lots of other names; hanging there. On top the sign of the Taxi company.

Excellent service at the airport. The young lady that checked me in noticed I was limping a small amount it asked me if I required any personal help of which I didn't but it was nice to see she noticed. I did ask her if it was possible if I could have a aisle seat because online check in gave me a middle seat. She said no problem giving me the second row on the aircraft aisle seat which I appreciate it everything went great .

Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure pour l'embarquement et malgré que nous ayons réservé les billets, il n'y avait pas assez de place dans le bateau au moment d'embarquer !!! Il a donc fallu attendre 1 heure qu'un autre bateau vienne nous chercher , avec d'autres passagers . Donc, 1 heure à attendre et 1 heure de retard du coup sur notre taxi de réservé à K

Rien à redire! Pour un vol qui a duré seulement 1h10 nous avons eu droit à des collations et breuvages, mieux qu'avec les compagnies aériennes en partance de Montréal vers le Sud (Cuba/Mexique). L'heure de départ a été respecté et en général un bon service.
