Sebotol air kecil pasti menyenangkan. Informasi sehari sebelum titik penjemputan, bukankah lebih mudah untuk menunjukkannya langsung saat memvalidasi tiket? Titik awal Hatyai di taman Lee dan bukan alamat yang ditunjukkan yang tidak sesuai dengan apa pun karena kami telah pergi ke lokasi sehari sebelumnya. Telat 1/2 jam seharusnya berangkat jam 12 siang berangkat jam 12:30 malam, sedikit pesan bisa saja membuat kita makan sandwich sambil menunggu dia datang, tidak tahu apa-apa sulit memesan, jadi rencanakan makan dan minum

The minibus was fine, the customer support from 12go was awful. I waited more than 12 hours for an answer from Whatsapp support line.

Good car, felt safe, but at the end he didnt know where to drop us, the people who spoke thai where dropped at their places but the foregners where just randomly dropped at the side of the road

The start point was not a company called Persada but some other travel agency that wasn’t referenced on the receipt and the driver of the other minibus that I was arriving with from Pakbara had to call the number given on the receipt to find out where to drop me. Instead of 15.00 we left at 16.30, then we drove for 15’ and then returned to HatYai because they had forgotten 2 passengers. So we only left at 17.15. Arrival in Penang was at 23.15 is read of 19.30…

The minivan was nice and clean. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The whole trip was great the best one we had whilst in Thailand. The only issue was finding where the pick up was. Once I messaged them they sent photos which was great. Would definitely recommend.

The pick up addresss could not be found through Google maps. It was through phone communication that I eventually found the right place.
