Karena musim sepi, mereka secara pribadi mengirim pesan whatsapp kepada saya untuk mengonfirmasi waktu dan lokasi. Mereka mengantar kami ketika kami pindah ke speed boat dan selanjutnya bus lain. Mereka mencoba yang terbaik untuk mengakomodasi lokasi yang tepat yang ingin kami singgahi di Hanoi Old Quarter.

The bus itself was very comfortable but I booked the 2pm which never showed up so was rebooked onto the 3:30pm which showed up at 4pm. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted but do not seem to have received

It was an easy trip. Only thing to critise was maybe that they didnt respond on whatsapp, so we just turned up at the meeting point at the given time and everything went well.

We had to trust that we got on the right train. Luckily there was only 1 at that time and it started at Throng ly. Couldn't figure out which seat we should sit in.
