Fen FFirst off, the entire Hue to Da Nang journey took 3 hours, not 1.5 hours as stated on the website - this is very misleading.
The driver was 20 min late, he called the hotel and told them that he would be late, I didn't receive any messages / whatsapp from the driver. Then the hotel front desk told me the driver was going to be late after I checked out. I could have waited a bit in my room if I had gotten the info earlier.
The driver spoke very little, very little English, basic Hi, yes, no, sorry, nevertheless he was polite. I'm not sure if it's the Vietnamese culture, they just can't keep their hands off the phone. He was reading messages, texting, making calls and answering calls on the phone (no Bluetooth no "hands-free") throughout the entire journey. Hence he was driving slow on the fast lane while the other cars were honking and over-taking us.

Martina MThe office,from which the bus had to leave, was closed.The bus itself came 45minutes later the scheduled and the vehical was old,definitelly not the one,that was in the picture.Aircon was not suffivcient to cool the bus at all.The agent came 15minutes before the bus and informed us about everything,however with such circumstances and the high price,I would expect some discount or free watter at least.

patricia Rwe really enjoyed our trip to Hoi An and our tour guide, Bon, was very good (we learn a lot from him);
the bus was a bit old and it was not very spacious for tall peopke; also we jumped inside with every bumb in the road...

Ryan TTurned out to be a small van rather than a bus, very little AC and the driver was kind enough to stop for him to have a bathroom break while no one else got the chance. Have seen much better service for cheaper in Vietnam.

Michael MPickup time and location was unclear (I suspect 12go Asia picks a random spot?) And the bus seats were a little small, but a comfortable ride overall and the driver and guide were very helpful and professional. I would suggest that you email or call ahead of time to confirm pickup time and location. Also very reasonably priced compared to a taxi to da Nang then separate bus or train!

Con: - they stopped several times without reason.
- very uncomfortable seats.
- We were told during the trip we couldn't get to the centre of Hoi An. "No problem", we thought since we didn't need to go to the center. People with stops in Da Nang and right before the centre were dropped off to the centimeter. We were simply told, "you have to get out", and they took our bags out while we explained we were a five minutes ride away on the edge of Hoi An. No "sorry". No other options. They just left. We had to walk forty-five minutes along a busy motorway. This is actually the second time it happened during our visit to Vietnam only this time they had somewhat of an excuse. We are never travelling with these people again and probably never going to book with 12go again.

James BStopped halfway at some cinnamon oil factory to try to sell it to us, then stopped to wash the bus and fill up with gas. Otherwise, picked up a couple of km away from our departing hotel and dropped off right outside our arriving hotel. Wifi on the bus was fast and free.

Kirill SBus is tiny with small leg-room. It is also serves as a tour bus for people visiting Phong Nha Cave from Hue so lots of pick ups before you leave the city. No water unless you are part of the tour.

Christel SNot a nice trip. the minibus was packed and we had to sit separately, us two in the bsck with the luggage and our daughters next to the driver. We were dumped out of the bus by an unhappy driver next to a hotel where they didn't let us get out, not a great expérience at all.

Revy SThe guide who reconfirmed our booking & communicated with us during the whole trip was excellent! BUT the driver was unfortunately a bit impatient, bumpy or uneven roads were handled as if they were smooth. Making us who sat at the very back seat almost jumped or even flew off our seat at times.

rossella CIl van è molto piccolo e scomodo. L'orario di partenza previsto per le 15.30 non é stato rispettato. Siamo partiti circa mezz'ora dopo, ma arrivati in orario. Nel mio caso mi è stato detto che non potevano lasciarmi davanti al mio hotel per il troppo traffico,ma l'autista alla fine mi ha accompagnata lo stesso perché ero una ragazza da sola. Gentilissimo! Ha guidato bene, rispettando i limiti di velocità. Mi sono accorta la mattina dopo di aver lasciato gli occhi da sole nel van, ho scritto una mail a cui non mi hanno risposto per cui ho fatto chiamare l'albergo più volte finché non li hanno trovati e l'autista del giorno prima me li ha riportati. Il mio giudizio è buono soprattutto per l'autista.

Jessica OWe were not expecting a minibus but it was reasonably comfortable and efficient. Better indication of where to wait at start of the journey might have been helpful as we were inside and everyone else was outside where the bus stopped. The two stops were very close together which seemed odd and the second was unnecessary. It was great that they dropped us at our hotel though.

Melinda DAs per other comments I expected a straight transfer to Hoi An but had the stops - a couple I didn’t mind as they were only 10 minutes but we spent 1.5hrs at the Marble Mountain - to be precise in the average restaurants and car parks - in Da Nang because people were late back to the bus. Left at 8.15 and got to my hotel in Hoi An at 14.15. Not happy. The guide was well meaning and tried to communicate but his English simply wasn’t good enough - no one could understand him. The driver spoke much better English. The drive was fine, Safe and scenic over the Hai Van pass but I just wanted to go straight to Hoi An!
