Serge MI was at the appointement at 09h42 near the mac do. Departure 10h00. Nobody there. I was in worry. The taxis says it is the plac of 12 go. No error. I tried to contact the Platforms but i 've received only automatic answers. I was going to buy another ticket when it was 10h40/45. Then a van come. The man say, ils my compagny. The driver pick up others customers from their hôtels. I show my ticket, ge said it's ok . So i didn't buy another ticket. We move at 11h10 because two girls touristes were late. After that the travel was ok but at first very inconfortable.

Johanna BEverything with the trip was very well organised. The pick-up with a mini van. The transfer with the touringcar, the boarding at the ferry and the transfer to the hotel on Ko Samui.
All was smooth and easy with no waiting at all!
One small point if interest: we were not sure about the pick-up tima at the hotel. After I sent one whatsapp, we got an answer within a minute.
Good service and our next transfer will be booked with 12GO

The ferry ride from Surat Thani to Koh Samui was smooth, calm, and quiet.

Raul LEverything is fine. Punctual and all very simple. Pick up at the hotel and they took us to the harbour to catch the ferry. At the time I had to change hotels and there was no problem and they solved it quickly and well.
