Antonella “We waited longer than the 45 minutes specified in the contract; we contacted the number provided on the voucher, but the driver still failed to show up. At 00:11, two men arrived and made us wait even longer. The driver finally arrived at 00:23.
In addition to the delay, the service was extremely poor: we were not notified by anyone regarding the delay, and no information was provided concerning the license plate number or the driver's identity.

Nantamol Make an appointment at 2:30 pm, but the driver came at 3:00 pm. What if we missed our next appointment?

Anja MThis was my first booking with 12GoAsia and everything was perfect.
Super nice driver who made a stop half of the way for a short toilet and coffee break.
He made an excellence choice for that stop.
In total we did get more comfort than expected.
