Dag CI thought I booked a private taxi all the way to Phuket AirPort, but halfway to Phuket I had to change over to a minibus full of other people. This vehicle stopped at a gas station for almost 15 mins, and no information was given why. On arrival at the airoport I was dropped off at Domestic Arrivals instead of Departures, and used considerable time finding my way to the check-in counters.

Caroline AI had the best Seat but also the worst. In the front and without any working safetybelt.
As almost Al-Saud you get no information on when the foodstop will happen (and the only chanse to get to a toilet- if you Are a women you can”t use the toilet on the bus because men has always pissed all over the small small toilet). And the stop on a long ride will always bee in the middle of the night. Of you Are lucky to get any sleep you can bet your wild horses that the stop will happen then. No one will alert you on the stop. No one will inform you that you provenynøytralitet should have a food ticket. And no one will tell you where to get the food. The buss was old, smelles stark of mould and the rest of the equippment on the Seat (the footstep, the safetybelt) didn’t work. Vip24 Are suppose to be the best busses. Not with this homosyn anyway.

Anke DDer Wagen, der uns am Hotel abgeholt hat, hatte eine Panne. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten war ein Ersatzfahrzeug vor Ort und hat uns weiter gefahren. Sehr professionell und freundlich.
The car that picked us up from the hotel broke down. A replacement vehicle arrived within 10 minutes and took us on our way. Very professional and friendly.

Paul EVery professional
Very good value
Very online although they do have a reasonable hotline if required ..
Make sure you get it right first time as I made a small error when initially booking at even though I contacted them within 2 minutes to advise the change after receipt of their confirmation, they insisted I pay a rebooking charge… this was a little annoying. They should have a small cooling off period for any slight errors on booking on THEIR portal that I was using for the first time.
