Yannick WDriver was earlier then the pick up time. Car was clean and baby car seat was provided upon request. Very smooth experience.

Steven SThe pick up took long, as the driver came quite late (+ 30 minutes) and phoning the service desk didn’t work, only WhatsApp helped. As we were with a one year old, this waiting time and insecurity about whether we were going to be picked up was not good. After the pick up, though, everything was fine, the driver was nice and a good driver and he also apologized for being late, so no big problem all in all.

Paula MThe drive war really good. The driver was on time and he was driving calmy. It was no problem to stop, when I wanted to go to the toilet.
