درجهها و قیمت قطارهای Vietnam Railways به چه صورت است؟
بسته به طول سفر و اولویتهایتان، میتوانید بلیط درجه یک یا دو را در کوپه دارای صندلیهای تختخواب شو برای سفر شبانه انتخاب کرده یا در صورت موجود بودن صندلی سخت یا نرم را انتخاب کنید. توجه کنید که انتخاب درجه بلیط هم به مسیر و هم به طول سفرتان بستگی دارد. اساساً، قطار شما ممکن است دارای تختخوابهای درجه یک باشد، اما اگر فقط یک حرکت کوتاه دو ساعته انجام دهید، نمیتوانید آن را رزرو کنید. به طور کلی، تختخوابهای درجه دو انتخاب خوبی برای سفرهای طولانیتر هستند، و صندلیهای نرم کارتان را راه میاندازند اگر سفر شما با قطار قرار است کمتر از 4-5 ساعت باشد.

فرایند رزرو آنلاین آسان، لازم نیست به ایستگاه قطار بروید، که تا همین چند وقت پیش در بسیاری از مکانها باید حضوری اقدام میکردید!
قیمت بلیطهای قطار معمولاً در مقایسه با بلیط هواپیما مقرون به صرفهتر است در حالی که برای مقصدها و سفرهای خاصی کل زمان سفر میتواند تقریباً یکسان باشد
گرچه سفر با قطار واضحاً کندتر از سفر هوایی است، ایستگاههای راه آهن اغلب در مرکز شهر قرار دارند که برای رسیدن/رفتن به آنجا کلی در وقت شما صرفهجویی میشود در حالی که فرودگاهها تقریباً همیشه خیلی از شهر دور هستند
سفر در طول شب امکان صرفهجویی در هزینه اتاق هتل و نیز داشتن یک خواب خوب را برای شما فراهم میکند، برخلاف اتوبوس در طول شب که حتی درجه دارای تختخواب هم نیازمند سازش زیادی است

معایب سفر با قطار
برای سفرهای طولانیتر مسافرت با قطار قطعاً زمان بیشتری نسبت به سفرهای هوایی لازم دارد
قطارها طبق زمانبندی حرکت میکنند اما تأخیر داشتن برای سفر با قطار مسئله عجیب و غریبی نیست، و تأخیرها ممکن است خیلی طولانی باشد، پس اگر میخواهید بعد از آن به پروازتان برسید، با دقت زمان رسیدن قطار خود در ایستگاه را بررسی کنید و دوباره درباره این برنامهریزی فکر کنید.
تمیزی برخی مواقع یکی از مشکلات بلیطهای درجه دو و سه است، و این مسئله برای توالتها نیز صادق میباشد.
اگر قطارتان توقفهای زیادی دارد، در برخی از موارد ممکن است فهمیدن اینکه چه زمانی باید پیاده شوید دشوار شود چرا که ایستگاهها همیشه به وضوح اعلام یا علامتگذاری نمیشود به استثنای مواردی که صفحات الکترونیکی وجود دارد.

Jade MThe train is dirty (there was a cockroach walking on the wall of my bed), the cabin is always out of number because even if there’s just 6 beds, they will put more people inside. The bed on the top is cold as hell because of the air conditioning, and in our case it smell so much as cigarette smoke. It’s impossible to sit because there’s no space, and is full of people outside doing a lot of noise. Almost all the stuff is rude and it will treat you really different compared to Vietnamese. Only good points in that was on time and that luckily the people in the cabin with us were not so bad.

Paula HWas on time and though, I didn’t eat the food that they brought up and down the aisle looked and smelled delicious and fresh. While there was plenty of leg room, the seats in front of me were allowed to go back way too far. I had 2 little boys in front of me and I couldn’t move my legs.

Amy DSmooth journey from Ninh Binh to Hue on the overnight sleeper train in a 1st class 4 bed cabin. No delays. The cabin felt relatively clean and the bathroom was much better than expected. Our only complaint was the very loud music they played before each stop (first one being at 6.20AM), however I appreciate they need to wake people up before their stop!

Reto MWe often travel by train in Vietnam and I love it, even though the whole system is completely outdated. I think, looking to the future, it is time for Vietnam to invest in the railway infrastructure and focus less on building roads. Those who only invest in private transport and expand the road network have not recognized the signs of the times. Italy could be a good example. Trenitalia has fought its way from being one of the worst train companies in Europe to the top. Today it is standard to travel on welded tracks so that you can travel at higher speeds and not at a maximum of 75 km/h. Even if many western guests do not like the fact that the bed linen is not changed after each guest, it does not bother me. The food on the trains is simple but always very good. In summary: coming from the West, I like train travel in Vietnam because for us it is associated with romance. It is like it used to be for us. But it is high time to invest in new rolling stock, improved tracks and the expansion of the rail network

Chy MCar had working ac. Very tight seats for long legs, but they reclined. Very dirty everywhere. Bathrooms are disgusting, but I plan ahead and bring lots of tp and wipes.

Simone GThe train itself is very old. The toilet is working but everything is so dirty.
The cabins are ok. Seem to be quite clean. The bed bunks are ok. Just before we arrived a lady came in and folded our blankets and put them on the pillow, just as we found them when we got on the train. They are therefore not washed changed, thats disgusting.
Overall 30€ per Person is the absolute maximum I would pay for a 4 Bed cabin.

Lucas CWe went from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and experience was very good! The first class sleeping cabin was comfortable enough for the almost 3 hours travel (not sure how it would be for longer ones). The train is a bit old, but nothing really relevant to complain about. It left and arrived on time.

Miranda CWe had a lobby overnight train journey from Da Nang to Hanoi. The compartment was very modern with wider beds and better head room than the previous overnight train we had taken. The toilets were clean and they gave us bottled water. We also went down train street which was fun!

James BTravelling by train is always an experience compared to flying. I would not recommend a top bunk though, very difficult to access and limited space. Obviously made to accommodate the Vietnamese not Westerners.

Tereza RCabin was not super clean, but it was okay. They don’t clean it after every passenger. Toilet was smelly like every toilet in trains, there was a sink with running water and soap. In total nothing surprising for a night train (not great not bad), for the price still good deal. i like the views. It was on time.

Zara SOn arrival a woman was in my seat that I had booked on the bottom bunk and refused to move, I was made to lie on the bed above and even when the guard came, he spoke to her in Vietnamese and claimed I had the right seat. There was a strange man in the cabin who was kicked out for having the wrong ticket, he was coughing and spitting into a bag on the table. I don’t advise this journey if you have multiple very large bags, I had to lift my backpack myself to the very top of the cabin without any ladders. The beds do not have curtains. Be advised that you aren’t able to sit up in the beds, they are very small and coffin like. Would recommend booking a bottom bunk which allows you to do so more comfortably.

Georgia MTrip was fine just a shame there's lots of selfish people and the train staff did nothing to discourage them. People pushed their seats all the way back and I was against carriage wall. I couldn't even put my legs down in the seat. For 16hr+ train journey you can understand my frustrations.

Alessa UAfter we double checked for the train with the vnr Lady, she informed us that train has 20 min. delay. Which was not a problem and gave us time for an other coffee ;-)
Seats were average. Staff on train was friendly and checked with us where we are going and came to us to let us know that next station is our stop.
Everything went smooth and easy.
Toilet were not too bad, bring your own TP and maybe sanitizer.

Olivia ANo wifi on board. No food being served apart from pot noodle and bread. Both of which I am allergic to.
Staff came across a bit rude too tbh.
Carriage was nice tbh and beds okay. Was fine overall tbh.

Caoilte MFirst class is outdated and dirty. Staff think it's a good idea to play tictoks on their phone at full volume at 6am outside the first class sleeping berths when everyone is trying to sleep, you'd think common sense would prevail but evidently not. Rats in the cabin too.

Dottie OTrain left on time and arrived early. The train itself was old but had A/C as well as snacks and meals sold onboard. Overall it was a good experience.
