We were headed to Ao Nang but i mistakenly booked a ticket to railay, which is not road accessible. Thankfully the staff at the desk were immensely helpful and changed our ticket into an ao nang one, thereby dispelling any fears of being stranded with our massive suitcases.
It got us to where we were going quickly. The speed boat was packed but everyone had a seat. Everything ran smoothly - we were early and they let us take the boat that was leaving at 12:30 rather than wait for 1:30 so that was nice.
Despite a delayed start, the team handled everything efficiently and got us on our way quickly. The journey itself was smooth and hassle free. I was initially hesitant to book given the mixed and negative reviews, but my experience was entirely positive with no issues with staff or the service. Yes, the ride can be a bit choppy, but nothing extreme. I am prone to seasickness and still thoroughly enjoyed the trip from Phuket to Phi Phi Island.
Not bad, but 30 min late. We arrived at the pier, they told us to check in at the gate. You expected you were boarding now, but no one made an announcement. I loved the fact that you could walk outside, to the front, you got plenty of room, so you can choose what to do and enjoy the ride.

It was great but they weren't transparent and honest enough.
we needed to switch ferries at phi phi which was a surprise,
And even though everything went smoothly we came 40 minutes late so the timing is just off.

Premium seats at upper deck with ac rooms and sofa was a great choice for hot weather. Would recommend that for all travelers seeking comfort. Staff was very nice and helpful too.

The ferry is fine and the staff are great, we paid for premium lounge which is more comfortable. It’s a shame that other tourists lack respect for others by putting their luggage on the seats. People need to do better.
Unfortunately this journey on the speed boat was terrible, the sea was very rocky, I don't know if this could've been helped by driving a bit slower, but we all felt quite sick due to the bumpy 1h journey
It was very unorganised, not clear information. We had seats but the workers told us to move up even though there was loads of room on the boat, no leg room and sat squashed to a stranger for 2 hrs. Ferry was also really really warm, no AC.
Ferry was absolutely rammed - no seats ans seats that were there were so small and close together and getting off and collecting our rucksacks was a shambles- total free for all.
The speed boat operated on time as promised. However, the boat was run too bumpy. One of the passages vomited. The boat operator should have been more careful to drive the boat. I would not use speed boat next time.
Good ride. Very warm on boat. Seats comfortable. Shop had a good offer of snacks. Space to walk around and see the views outside. Check in was quick. Ramp along the pier was long, approx 500-600m. New ramp being built here which will make it smoother in time. Staff helped get heavy cases on board and off. Busy on arrival at Ton Sai. 20 TBH tax per tourist needed so have the cash ready.

I think I'm the only person who is thankful for having a delay in departure!
I was running really late because of massive traffic jams from Patong beach Phuket to Rassada pier in Phuket town.
I arrived almost 10 min past the departure time, however boarding hasn't even started!
So in that sense I was lucky but the ferry WAS late to depart after all.
Besides that everything went well. Checking was easy (at the very end of the building, last gate).
Seats were comfortable enough, AC was really good, decent toilet.
You can go to upper decks and enjoy the views as well.
On Phi Phi pier, because is small it might be a bit chaotic but unrelated to this operator.
You have to pay 20 baht island tax when you enter so get some change ready in your pocket.

It was organized quite well. We departed about 20 minutes late, but I think that's ok for Thailand. The speedboat was extremely BUMPY! It was not an easy 1.5 hours. Other than that it was fine.
Very well organized and super convenient for tourists. I booked the ferry, and on the ferry I could directly arrange the transfer for my onward journey to the hotel. Everything worked smoothly. I even lost something on the way from the ferry to the hotel, but it was found and returned to me quickly. Short email contact — all perfect. Highly recommended!
Boarding was late and chaotic. If the cabin was air conditioned, I could not tell. It was stifling the whole ride over on the middle deck, and it was only one quarter full. I'm told the lower deck was a bit better. The transit itself was smooth once we got going. We arrived about 20 minutes late in the end.
Everything were smooth and good, voucher received ticket retrieved and on perfect time.
