Hiroaki YWe needed to change the ticket but 12 Go support was inaccessible and we have no way contacting 12 Go over the phone and Seatran ferry customer service cannot modify the booking as 12 Go should arrange it. Furthermore, price is cheaper if we get the same ticket at the pier costs 250 bahts per person while we paid 420 bahts per person for this booking via 12 Go.
I would not want to arrange the ferry ticket with 12 Go anymore.
