Catherine RFirstly, I waited at the reception and the first driver went without me because I wasn’t in the front. If I would have known to wait there, I would have. Next one picked me up and the drive was fine, but very squashed in a full van. Then we missed the ferry and more waiting time. That all turned it in a very long trip. Organisation at change over was good.

Stephanie FVery unorganised and very squished in the back of the vans. They ram people in, leaving no room for bags so it’s a tight squeeze because they want as many people to book for money without thinking about your experience. Getting on the ferry was very dangerous and unsafe due to the waves, people were falling over as the ferry kept lifting off the ground. It was terrible. It took 12 hours to get from Koh Lanta to Koh Samui.

Jake Was supposed to be a hotel pick up, ferry, bus transfer and the ferry but was put on a bus right away for 4hrs and then ferry. Got stuffed into the back extra row of seats with all the luggage and kept hitting our heads off the roof. Staff was great though

Marie SOkay. The van was very crowded and we could barely move. It was also annoying that we went past many 7-Eleven stores but made a stop at a weird expensive mart with no 7-Eleven around. The driver probably got a commission for bringing us there. However, we arrived one hour earlier, which was nice. Ferry was very comfortable.
