El viaje bien, se puede dormir y hay espacio para dejar las maletas. Se retrasó unos 10 minutos en la salida, y otros 10 más a la llegada. El tren n°13 esta algo viejo y descuidado, el baño no es para nada agradable, recomiendo si es posible reservar el 9, que tenia mucho mejor aspecto desde fuera. Importante llevar antifaz y tapones, el tren deja las luces encendidas toda la noche y si te molesta el ruido, hace bastante a lo largo del trayecto. Las camas están bien, no son incomodas. Hay pocos enchufes.

Even though I booked a transfer from Bangkok to Hua Hin only 2.5 hours in advance, the driver was at the pickup point on time. They communicated with good english. The service is very convenient as you can book online and compared to bus/train it saves you a lot of hassle and time as it is "hotel to hotel". The price to hassle-saving ratio is excellent. Thank you guys.

While this is listed as a hotel transfer, there were no issues with us booking this from Bangkok bus station to Chiang Mai bus station.
I booked this transfer to get from Bangkok Mochit bus terminal to Chiang Mai bus terminal after missing the overnight bus I'd booked. I made my order at 10pm and by 10:30pm I was text on whatsapp by the company with a picture of the vehicle (a SUV, actually, which was a pleasant surprise) very professional driver arrived in a clean and comfortable SUV and drove us the 10 hours to Chang Mai, stopping at rest stations every 2hrs where we could access toilets and 7-11s.
All in all it was excellent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a taxi the long distance from BK to Chiang Mai. Firstplan Transport are 10/10.

Ordered the taxi the evening before departure and was worried that it won’t come (sine it says that one should order 24h in advance). The driver however was there on time (even in advance) and drove us to Pattaya to the exact address. Nice driver, spoke a bit of English and the car was proper.
He paid for the paid roads also (which we didn’t expect).
Can recommend as a convenient transport option!

The driver was on time but with a different car. The seatbelt was not whole.
He drove to fast, for example, he several times drove 90, where the speedlimit was 50.
At a pkace where the worked on the road, he wanted to overtake. I had to shout loud" No dont do that".
At the highway he overtook 6 times on the wrong side!
Furthermore, he drove to fast all the time, 117 when the speedlimit was 90.
He spoke no English.

De chauffeur was continu aan het telefoneren en appen (niet handsfree), waardoor hij slingerde over de weg. Pas nadat we meerdere keren hebben aangegeven, dat we dat niet oké vonden, legde hij de telefoon neer. Vervolgens at hij het ene na het andere snoepje met veel geluid op. We hebben ons hier erg aan gestoord.

Car was decent. Communication was good with the company. Huge downside was that the driver was very reckless and did very dangerous maneuvers, overtaking everybody and was really angry when cars were too slow in front on him. Eventually we told him and then he seemed to understand and was driving normally. When tanking the car, he was wiggling the whole car for quite some time with force to fit more gasoline into the car, I got very nauseous from that. When we told that it's too cold in the car, he didn't regulate the AC. Not sure if the driver was having a bad day, but nonetheless company should be more careful who they're choosing for their drivers.

The pick up took long, as the driver came quite late (+ 30 minutes) and phoning the service desk didn’t work, only WhatsApp helped. As we were with a one year old, this waiting time and insecurity about whether we were going to be picked up was not good. After the pick up, though, everything was fine, the driver was nice and a good driver and he also apologized for being late, so no big problem all in all.
