12go doesn't respond to my request if I miss my departure if I miss the time because operater delayed changed departure times.
Also I was scammed by a motorbike driver after I arrived Long Phuong Phnom Penh. That's a different topic but still occurred.

Departure on time. First transfer in a big bus then switched to a sleeping bus. The driver didn’t speak English but helped us understand we needed to change the bus.
The second bus was comfy and on time as well. We even arrived earlier than expected. Perfect!

You actually take 2 buses. The first one, you are really really packed in a very very tiny space. Nothing like other night buses. You can't move or sit,; it is more like a coffin. Very long journey. The second bus is a traditional bus. Comfortable. The whole journey was much longer than described. Nearly 10 hours.

The bus schedule was on time. So you have to go to bus office to get physical ticket. And then 15 minutes before actual departure you will get on the shuttle to the actual sleeper bus. So make sure you’ll be on time. The bed was a bit smaller with curtain but it’s enough for 7 hours trip to Da Lat. They don’t have toilet in the bus but make stop in the rest area. Unfortunately the information doesn’t provide in English, it’s confusing. So if you need anything, just ask the driver or bus agent. They will help you.

Bus was on time leaving (but unhelpfully said to arrive 75 mins early so lots of unnecessary waiting) beds were comfortable for my partner, but not really wide enough for my shoulders so a bit uncomfortable, in the middle aisle I also had people knocking into me through the curtain waking me up every time I got to sleep. Overall though got to the destination on time so not bad.

The counter staff was helpful, but the boarding staff didn’t guide us the right way (probably lack of English?). 5 minutes after departure time we were still there waiting. Good that I went back to the counter staff, who then directed us to the bus, which was waiting for us! The ride was good, we arrived on time if not early. The seat was small, enough for a 5’ 2” like me but maybe not for those who are bigger.

Greatest so far, especially in terms of wide comfortable bed and great driving, no hand on the horn all the trip and not trying to race with other cars. Smoothe service, left on time and got there very near scheduled time.

A overall decent experience. A little chaotic at first at the Thanh Buoi station.
The information on the voucher was incorrect about arriving an hour early. We left on time on another bus to catch the sleeper just five minutes later…
The service was top-notch and they actually cared to help.
The bus was super clean and comfy. I remember the driver on the overhead system a lot for an overnight trip.
I would and did book this service provider again.

It was ok, but difficult with communication of what's going on. I don't particularly like the honking of the horn constantly. As it's a sleeper bus I expect to be able to rest. Apart from that it was fine.

Overall, bus is very clean and comfortable, a blanket and long bed cushion is provided. Bus has curtains, changeable air-conditioning vents so the temperature is stable. However the bus leaves very quickly when it departs and when arriving at the destination, the luggage is unloaded very quickly and you need to get off the bus very quickly. Can be disorientating. You will need to remove your shoes prior to boarding and given a plastic bag to put them in. Of course if you speak/understand Vietnamese you will know when the bus is stopping for rest rooms/and arriving to get off.

Very easy to find in Ho Chi Minh, they put us on a transfer to the sleeper bus (which was basically empty so we just chose our seats!), we stopped a few times for rest breaks, then they organised us a transfer to our hostel in Dalat.

Really nice company. What we especially liked: They were very flexible and offered us to take a earlier bus and also asked us for our residence. So the bus personal stopped more or less directly on our hotel without asking. So everything went very smooth.

Overall very pleased! Staff and driver were brilliant and helpful.
Lots of stops for toilet and refreshments. Good and safe driver.
Only slight concern was the sleeper bed itself was a bit 'too narrow' for me, but I am plus foot and might be more than adequate for most!

Was very comfortable until halfway when my window started squeaking. I did have noise cancelling headphones though which helped with this. I am 5ft 9.5 and I couldn't stretch fully but managed. The round pillow you get really helped with getting comfy!

This rating is based more on the booking experience with 12go than the actual bus. We booked the VIP sleeper bus which should only have 2 rows of beds but instead we were placed on the regular sleeper bus which has 3 rows. We tried to call 12go but they do not have a phone number to contact them, the only form of contact is via email so we had no choice but to go on the regular sleeper bus. The beds are comfortable for me (female) but it was a little narrow for my husband's liking (he is medium built). The transportation from the small bus to the bigger bus was efficient and the drop off was amazing because the driver dropped everyone off at their requested address.

Somehow it seems that I paid for trip insurance which I did not intend to purchase. The trip was fine except on a sleeper bus if the driver continually honks the horn it is difficult to sleep.

Bus was fine. Slightly over time but not egregiously. My main issue is that as others have commented, the drop off location is INACCURATE. It's about 25-30 minutes drive from the city centre and probably 35-40 minutes drive from the currently listed drop off. This should be updated as a matter of urgency for transparency. As a solo traveler I had to made plans to get a taxi incurring additional cost. If I hadn't had sufficient money I'd have been stuck.

Bus was very clean! The sleeper seats are quite narrow so a bigger person could not use this. There is no toilet in the vehicle but enough stops. Only no info in English so I never knew how long the stops are gonna be.

Super Erfahrung um Schlafbus. Wasser bekommen, bequem. Ich kann die Fahrt nur weiter empfehlen. Schadw dass niemand wnglusch spricht. War sehr schwierig zu verstehen was löuft und warum man wohin umsteigen muss. Hat aber zum Glück geklappt!

Easy booking
A bit expensive than other bus operator
Office people or tellers were nice and helpful
Driver was grumpy
There is one assistant who gave me a water and checking out tickets, was really rude and mean. So bad. People should be trained for certain level in service and attitude

Check in operators were extremely helpful. Announcements for services are in Vietnamese with no visual indicators. However, the desk assistant who checked me in made sure to come tell me when my bus had arrived, knowing that I likely wouldn’t pick up the announcement on my own. I likely would have missed it without her support; could it be more grateful.
The bus itself was more comfy than expected (only two beds across rather than three)!
Only distracting a star because the bus only stopped once for the bathroom about an hour into the 6 hour trip.

Clean
Good communication up front.
They send us a text the bus departed 30 minutes earlier.
The pee stop was once in a lifetime. Would not have wanted to miss that in the world.
We are all 1m85 or taller the beds were hard and a good sleep is impossible but it was fun. The driver drives incredibly fast.. but as in all Vietnam all just seems to go right. Haven’t seen accidents damages etc. The give space to each other,
