We experienced a lot of chaos and uncertainty. We booked the tickets since it said there would be direct comfirmation. Thinking everything was therefore alright, we were at the office at 5 since the bus would be leaving at 6. Nobody was there. We tried contacting them, which was quite hard, but in the end we got in touch with someone who said we could only do the trip if we paid 300 Bath per person extra (because apparently no other bus was going to Surat Thani than the VIP bus). Since we didn’t have another option, we had to accept, but it was already an expensive trip, so it wasn’t nice. They picked us up by car, brought us to the station and there we had to find the bus. The bus dropped us in Surat Thani and we had to figure out ourselves what would happen next. Apparently someone would pick us up by pick up truck to bring us to some office where we had to pay the extra fee and wait for a van to bring us to Khao Sok. The chaos and unclarity gave us a lot of stress and the amount of vehicles changes made it uncomfortable.

The agency is charging you extra for a mini-van transfer to the local bus station. The mini van was late, the bus wasnt comfortable. It was a waste of time and energy- i could have saved 3 hours and just head the bus station by my own.

The bus journey was uncomfortable due to excessive speed and aggressive driving. The driver frequently maintained a dangerously short distance to other vehicles leading to constant and unnecessary braking. It felt more like being in a race than on professional transport. The driver should have anticipated the traffic flow and 'read the road' much earlier, which would have ensured a smoother and safer ride. Given Thailand's high road accident statistics, this type of driving is concerning. I am sharing this feedback because I value road safety and hope to see improvements in line with Thailand's national road safety goals. I am not writing this just for this driver. I had much the same experience with another busdriver that drove from Mo Chit Bangkok to Chiang Mai earlier. Unfortunately this kind of driving is common for several drivers. Do the drivers have a lot of pressure to be on time and not be delayed? Anyway, that is not an excuse for driving unsafe.

I booked bus at 8pm, at check in point lady gave me ticket for 8.30pm, that wasn’t VIP bus it was old and dirty. AC was insane, people had to cover over their hands and we obviously didn’t make it on time because it wasn’t the bus I booked. Two stars just because at the end we get to destination safely.

The seat in front of me was squeaking all the time. I had water droplets falling on my head and in the middle of the trip, while I was sleeping, an entire piece of the AC conducts fell on my head TWICE. The staff was nice trying to fix the problems but they didn’t do.. also many many stops without a clear reason.

It doesn’t have information about the check in counter. We had to check on several counters where to go.
No information about the stop in the middle of the trip. No one advises passengers how long the stop is or that we are entitled to have a free meal.
The bus was very torn, our power outlet was not working and there was a clinging metallic sound right on top of our heads.
The AC outlet was broken and it was impossible to close it.
They offer a blanket, a water bottle, some juice and a sweet snack.
Departed on time and arrived a little later.

The bus was rescheduled to 21:00 from 7:30 without prior notice or any communication. On top of that it was further delayed (also no communication related to that) and arrived to Khaosan past 08:30.
The bus itself was old and bit dirty, but overall the seats were quite comfortable.

Aside from the absolute chaos at check-in, this was a good service and decent journey. At check-in, just one employee (to her credit) appeared to be responsible for arranging check-in and assigning seats for 10+ buses and hundreds of passengers all departing at the same time. There was a lot of confusion around queuing and people were received conflicting information. A day after the Yi Peng festival concluded, a busy day would have been expected. A couple of extra staff members and some signage would have been welcome, especially as the company would have generated thousands in income for this service.
Good AC. Toilet onboard. Clean blankets provided. Recliner seats, could have been a little comfier.

First of all, they don't have a place as such at the bus station, when you ask no one can guide you and you have to find a way to talk to the company, if it's the exit in Chiang Mai from station 2, they place a table in the waiting room with a sign for you to check in and tell you which truck number was assigned to you, I'm not sure if it was for the season but I got a bus that had a private area and that part we were 6 people where there were only 4 seats and a boot type seat

The terminal was full and the company was having a really bad management about it, the buses supposed to leave at 7.30 pm and we were leaving around 8.30. Just to be stuck with no moving in the bus for almost 1 hour.

They told us to be there at 6.30 pm to check-in for the 7.30 pm bus. When we got there, there were hundreds of people, only for them to realise that there weren't enough busses for everyone. Very bad organisation, and professionalism. Eventually we left at 9 pm when they managed to find a bus and a driver. However, to recover the lost time, there were 0 stops on the way, which was very inconvenient because everything in that bus station was closed and we had 0 food.

The overall experience was great. My only complaint was that the company puts a different location than the bus station for meet up. My hotel was in the area of the bus station and I travelled 2 hours to get to the meet up location and then back. Final bus location SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN THE PDF and other documents for those who are near it to arrive directly. Also, the phone number on the PDF was not responsive via text or WhatsApp.

Автобус зручний і комфортний. В розкладі написано що прибуває в Бангкок о 6 ранку це не зовсім так. Астобус ще близько 2годин іде до кінцевої станції і це потрібно враховувати.
Оплатила за додатковий саппорт- взагалі не зрозуміла за що я оплачувала. Ні якого додаткового сервісу не надається.

Obwohl eine Abholung vom Hotel zugesagt wurde, konnte dies dann nicht durchgeführt werden, und wir mussten mit einem Taxi zur Stelle an der Straße, zur Einfahrt zum Hotel fahren. Sollten ein Foto machen, wo wir stehen, damit der Fahrer das schon vorher weiß (nur möglich mit eSim, da kein Wifi in diesem Bereich) es handelt sich um eine steile Straße - die Zufahrt zummHotel, was einerseits verständlich ist, ärgerlich jedoch trotzdem, da es eine Zusage gab und dadurch höhere Kosten entstanden sind. Wir haben eine Fahrt von Koh Chang (Hotel Abholung) bis Chiang Mai Busbahnhof gebucht, und der Fahrer des Minivan wollte uns anfangs nicht zur Verbindungsstelle (kleines Reisebüro des Veranstalters) bringen, sondern uns irgendwo in Bangkok aus den Minibus „werfen“, wir sollten mit einem Taxi, zum Busbahnhof fahren. Erst mit strengem Gegenwind unsererseits und Kontakt mit dem Veranstalter war er bereit uns weiter mitzunehmen und zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt zu bringen (Nähe Khaoson Road), dort angekommen, war die Zuständige Dame sehr freundlich und der Weitertransport bis nach Chiang Mai verlief problemlos.
Abholung laut 12Go 8:20 Uhr, am Tag davor erhielten wir die Info 9:30, abgeholt wurde kurz vor 10 Uhr. Die Fahrt von Koh Chang bis Bsngkok dauerte dann inklusive 2 x 20 min Pause ca 8 Stunden, was der Verkehrssituation zu schulden ist, jedoch auch wichtig zu wissen ist, das der Transport auch viel länger als die dauern kann. Weitere Verbindung in Bangkok hat jedoch trotzdem problemlos funktioniert.

Bus fuhr 2-3 Stunden zu spät ab, zeit konnte aber wieder wettgemacht werden. AC war viel zu kalt eingestellt, keine Durchsagen, daher wusste man nie wie lang der Bus an einer Station hält. Sitze waren groß und bequem. Schlafen konnte ich allerdings nicht, da der Bus sehr geschaukelt hat.
Ansonsten war’s alles ganz okay.

In der Beschreibung ist weder angegeben, dass man erst nach Ekkamai gebracht wird und dort nicht in einen abgebildeten Minivan, sondern in einen Bus steigt. Die angegebene Ankunftszeit von 13 Uhr wurde ebenfalls um eine Stunde überschritten, da der Bus in Ekkamai erst sehr spät losgefahren ist und dann diverse Stopps gemacht hat.

Statt im Van wurden wir zu Dritt im Taxi an den Zielort gefahren. Wahrscheinlich weil sich nicht mehr die selbe Route gefunden haben. Wir fanden es gut. Fahrer war pünktlich, machte KEINE unnötigen Pausen und sein Fahrstil war sicher und angemessen.
