Der Bus war 50 Minuten verspätet, aber ansonsten war es in Ordnung. Der Bus hielt jedoch an einem anderen Busterminal, was näher an der Zugstation liegt. War für mich auch gut, aber ich bezweifle mittlerweile dass ich auf dem richtigen Bus war. Wahrscheinlich ist der ursprünglich gebuchte gar nicht gefahren...

Lange Reise, laut mit mehr oder weniger bequemen Sitzen, aber es ist eine langsame Reise mit vielen Dingen zu sehen und Leute zu treffen und ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn Sie die Landschaft von Thailand sehen wollen.
Ich habe versehentlich meine Tasche vergessen - die Bahngesellschaft hat sie gefunden und noch am selben Tag zurückgebracht, wie sie war.

Long trip, loud with more or less comfy seats However it‘s slow travel with lots of things to see and meet people and I would definitely recommend it if you want to see the landscape of Thailand.
I accidentially left my bag - the railway company found it and brought it back the same day as it was.

Bus was very late coming in, but took much less time than expected to arrive at destination. The biggest issue was collecting tickets. There are a lot fewer people who speak English in this area and the booking confirmation was only in English rather than also in Thai. They seemed to assume that all westerners want to go to Chiang Mai and kept sending me to the wrong collection office despite me trying to tell them we were going to Phitsanulok. Eventually someone with a little more English was able to help. I can't blame them for not speaking English, but it would have helped if the booking confirmation had also been in Thai.

Easy quick bus ride. Get there at least 30 mins before, they usually are all boarded 10 mins before the departure time.

- Everything went smoothly, even if the bus was a bit old and the ride quite bumpy…
- I have been using your company for many years and therefore I accept the price mark-up in exchange for some peace of mind.
However, one thing I did not appreciate this time was the insurance cost which I discovered too late on the bill since I did not need one for a short bus ride. Maybe was it pre-selected like what some low-cost airlines do…Please explain.
