An sich alles gut, aber Fahrt dauerte einfach 1,5x so lange wie angegeben. Und das kam nicht nur einmal vor, hin und Rückweg. Sowas finde ich sehr nervig. nicht die Zeit an sich sondern das es einfach falsch war die Angabe.

People were helpful but this station is far from the city and I found the bus I was booked on for Sukhothai also stopped at Station 1. Probably my error but word to the wiser.

Our experience with this transport company was very disappointing. The bus we were supposed to take never arrived at the station. Around the same time, another bus from the same company showed up with a sign for Sukhothai, but it was not continuing the route and the driver refused to take us, offering no help or explanation. In this unfortunate situation, the only positive aspect was the station staff. One of the employees was extremely kind and helpful — we are truly grateful for his assistance. He informed us that a local company had a bus departing in the same direction twenty minutes later and even reissued our tickets so we could board it without any extra charge. Although the station staff did everything they could to help, the experience with the transport company itself was unprofessional and frustrating. I cannot recommend their services based on this incident.

The address of arrival point was different to what was on the 12goasia confirmation. We had to therefore pay for a taxi to get to where the bus should have dropped us in Sukhothai. Distance was 5km.

The journey itself was ok, but there was a true lack of information concerning the boarding and arrival points : the bus had several stops during the trip but we don't have the possibility to choose where we are picked up or dropped off in the app...
