Mega perfekt! Sie haben sich direkt gemeldet. Der Fahrer hat sich auch noch mal abgesichert ob die Adresse stimmt. Er war mehr als pünktlich bei der Unterkunft. Super höflich und ein sehr guter Fahrer. Alles andere mit dem Fährticket lief auch fantastisch, reibungslos und unkompliziert. Sowas gutes habe ich selten erlebt.

Der Service am Hafen Servicepoint in Bangsal war katastrophal. Die Fähre von Gili T. bis nach Lombok Bangsal dauert 20min.
Ausstieg war über den Strand mit Gepäck (das ist in Ordnung) Danach hatte man aber keine Möglichkeit seine Füße kurz abzuwaschen. Man wird von Verkäufern ständig bedrängt.
Am Service Point angekommen, wurden wir über eine Stunde sitzen gelassen bis es weiterhing. Die Toiletten dort sind nicht nutzbar weil der Urin am Boden steht, selbst mit FlipFlops will man da nicht rein.
Am ServicePoint wollte man uns dann erzählen, dass der bereits gebuchte Rücktransfer von Lombok Kuta nach Denpasar kein Hoteltransfer beeinhaltet (von Kuta nach Bangsal zurück) und wir nochmal 500k bezahlen müssen. Nach heftigem Widerspruch unsererseits wurde das dann widerrufen und gemeint es wäre alles okay.
Die Fahrt war dann in einem Reisebus der modrig roch, der Fahrer war komplett unorganisiert, hat die Gäste unfreundlich behandelt als sie im das richtige Hotel genannt hatten, aber er es falsch verstanden hatte und alles in allem hatte der Transfer einfach ein negativen Vibe.
Preislich hatten wir fast das doppelte als die anderen gäste bezahlt, was okay war, aber der Service hätte ich einfach besser erwartet. Insgesamt hatten wir anstatt den veranschlagten 2 Stunden, 4:30 Stunden beötigt.

Der fahrer war sehr freundlich und pünktlich. Ich mag es, wenn man einen Tag vorher über alles informiert wird, damit man die Gewissheit hat, dass man nicht vergessen wird und der Transfer ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Unsere Transfer von Kuta Lombok bis nach Denpasar ins Hotel war wirklich angenehm und hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Transferorganisation war eine Katastrophe( schlechteste was wir in Indonesien hatten), sehr schlecht organisiert und durch einen Subunternehmen ( nicht die Firma die auf dem Voucher steht) durchgeführt. Wir müssten zweimal paar Hundertmeter mit den Koffer laufen bis wir den Hafen für die Lokalsboote erreichten. Auf dem Lombok angekommen wurden wir im Hafen nicht abgeholt, sondern mussten wir den zuständigen anrufen. Geplant war, dass wir mit dem Bus zum Flughafen fahren, aber letztendlich haben sich die Organisatoren für ein PKW- Transfer entschieden sonst wäre eng mit dem zeitlichen Ankommen an den Flughafen. Die aufgewendeten Transferkosten stehen nicht im Verhältnis mit dem was man bezahlt hat. Lieber selbst Transfer organisieren.

The boat departed from Bangsal with a 45-minute delay because the crew was « waiting for a book »
Then we had to wait an additional 30 min around Padang Bai because the harbour was full
Meaning we were +1h late on the schedule, without any explanation from the operator if they were not directly sollicited
When we arrived at the shuttle place, the distribution of passengers by destination was a little bit unclear
The driver was nice but the drive will not be comfortable if you are sensitive to car sickness

Instead of 4 hours and 45 minutes, trip from Ubud to Gili Air lasted exactly 7 hours and 30 minutes. The van was very small. Besides running late, the fast ferry was very comfortable.

The transport and service was great. Komang Nyana was so nice and helpful. He is an absolute asset to his company, I have not met a more delightful man on my whole two months of travelling. He was so dedicated, punctual, and helpful when we arrived at the port. If I was his boss I would give him a raise as his service and dedication was exceptional. The company is very lucky to have him!

To get in the boat you have to step in the water and if you are solo and have your baggage with you it's pretty tricky because nobody is going to help you unless you have a nice man passenger next to you so keep this in mind. Nothing is being announced in the boat so I had to guess that we arrived to Lombok because everybody started getting out. Before you are even out of the boat there are men that spot you right away take your baggage and walk to the office for car transfer that is really 20 meters away. You would think it's nice. Nope. After that they DEMAND tips and insist that it has to be 100K. When I have them less they said "no, give us 100K". I said "I don't have to give you anything, take it or leave it". Very unpleasant experience. Show boat was actually pretty fast, it took about 25 minutes to get from Gili Air to Lombok but then I had to wait another 25 minutes for the transfer van to arrive.

I took transfer from Nusa Lembongan to Amed with this company, and the experience was absolutely wonderful.
They were super attentive, helpful, and punctual. The boat was excellent, and the car was very comfortable and well air-conditioned, which made the trip even better.
The driver was extremely careful, responsible, and professional. Truly top-notch service — I would rate it 10/10, especially when compared to another company I used before from Ubud to Nusa Lembongan.
This really shows how important it is to do some research, because the difference between companies can be huge, even when the prices are quite similar.

The cruse was really okay and good but after we came to Bali, we thought we will have a bus straight to Sanur, as while buying a tickets it was written that we will reach the destination after 3 hours from leaving Lombok, unfortunately the driver said we will have another 4,5h of driving. He make an offer of driving us to Sanur for 1,4mln - so watch out. We got an offer for 1mln from another driver and ended up with 400k after trade, so have it on your mind. my previous trip was with our surprises so I recommend it but be careful while buying a ticket and ask them if you’re not sure of sth.

It is recommended to double check the time of departure, because the actual car left almost an hour earlier than the ticket departure time. I overlooked a message the company sent about it, assuming the departure time is on the ticket - I therefore missed the taxi. They were really kind and supportive enough to get me on the next taxi.

Main ferry journey was fine. Big boat, quite empty, plenty of life jackets.
We travelled from Serangan to Gili Air.
We were told at check in to go to Lombok to get a speed boat to Gili Air. They took our photo for the shuttle boat. Arrived at Lombok and fella on the boat said that the speedboat left from Gili T. Once of the dock at Lombok two small guys with about six other people had our photo and repeatedly said "your ticket paid for public boat which may not go as need forty people now it's quiet" even though we did have a tag saying fast boat. We were then pressured into and SCAMMED onto a small rubbish boat where we were asked to pay 150k for the transfer across and then the small man who had our photo kept 50k for himself. They created chaos through the number of people crowding us, language barrier and time pressure. Fully taking advantage of us being tourists and unsure what was going on, where or when normal boats would go from.
The small boat journey was BAD as the boat was taking on a lot of water from underneath and the person sailing it had no idea how to use an outboard motor as the prop kept coming out of the water.
AVOID AT ALL COST AND WE WILL BE DEMANDING A REFUND!!!
