You are vert disorganized. The information you gave was not enough, i thought i was about to loose the bus because it was not clear on the ticket. I used the number to get more information, you did not answer.

first trip with this company and not the last one! Really clean toilette, nice drivers, new bus, I like it is a two floor bus -. I didn't like that the space above our heads for keeping the hand luggage was extremely tiny and i had to carry it under my feet quite narrow. A.

The drivers were really good and the bus was clean and quite new. My seat could not be reclined and there was little space between seats.

It is nice to have the seats shown during the ticket booking, however I got the seat at the top : ). The top floor seats have a different and lovely view from the usual ones. There is no washroom : (.
