We got the bus from Ho Chi Minh to Da Lat, and we were really happy with the service. At the pick-up point the staff were helpful in letting us know which bus to get, and every bus that came in was the same standard which was great for its price. They also offered us free transport to our accommodation which 12Go didn’t advertise.

Bus was comfortable. It was a bit cold in there, so I recommend wearing a hoodie. Personal couldn’t really speak English. It was my first sleeper bus so I don’t have something to compare it to but I would book it again. Recommendation!!

I don't usually write reviews on here but I felt compelled to for this company. Hands down the best transport experience I've had in my life. Was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided with this company. From the moment you arrived at their office in HCMC staff are there to greet you and provide you with a chair and information. The busses run on time like clockwork every 15 minutes. The bus itself is super modern and comfortable you're provided with a blanket and water and wet wipes. The cabin is so clean and comfortable with a TV screen and usb charging ports, reading light with multiple settings. There is a shutter for the indow so no light comes in if you choose. There is also a curtain to the bus itself which velcros shut so you can have full privacy. I felt the driver drove safely and also didn't sound the horn too much or too loudly (which I was worried about as I was in the front cabin) when you arrive at dalat you are dropped at their super modern, clean and well staffed office where they even provide complimentary snacks and tea which was great for us as we had to wait there a few hours before we could check into our hostel. Overall a brilliant experience would highly recommend.
