It was the first time that I travelled on a sleeper bus. It was a but uncomfortable for me to sleep ans move around as an European in a sleeper Vietnamese bus because of the measures.
But it was great to be able to lay down and enjoy the sightseeing. The smell that came from the little toilet was something unexpected. And the drivers were bit rude. But overall it was OK the price paid.

The bus arrived on time and actually left early. The beds are quite wide, but not long enough for someone who is 6ft or taller, you have to keep your legs bent. You are given a pillow and blanket, but they did not feel clean and the pillow was very worn and dirty and smelled. WiFi worked well and there are USB ports. You can turn lights on and off and there are curtains on both sides to block out lights. There is a toilet and it was pretty clean and worked.
Staff were very rude when we got on, shouting at us and gesturing to sit in the top bunks at the very back. I showed him our ticket which shows seat 7 and 8 which is bottom bunk a few rows from the back. He just kept shouting at us and pointing to get in, when we refused he pointed to the bottom bunk so we just got in to get him to leave then moved to our assigned beds. Later, he came and took our ticket off us and left with it, which seems like a strange practice and we were wondering what was going to happen, but he left us alone after that.
Overall the bus is comfy and bearable for an overnight journey, but the staff are so angry and intense that I would not use this company again.

NOT THE BEST BE AWARE.
The bus itself was really nice, but it was overloaded with some boxes so we had to sleep with all our beloningings which included 2 big backpacks. You could barely use the toilet as it was practically barricaded.
The worst thing was that we didn't even reach our destination we were dropped off at some random gas station without explanation and had to get a taxi to make it to our next stop. The bus was used more as a delivery bus not for people, poor experience.

The bus was comfortable with big beds but it was completely overfilled with over ten people and children sleeping on the floor in the aisle. Couldn’t get out of bed to go to the toilet without stepping on someone’s head. Also very loud because of all the people. Also the man who got us on the bus was very rude and shouting when we were asking where to put our backpacks as they didn’t load them onto the bus holder underneath. Also bus was stopping off every ten minutes at the side of the road which was frustrating and made the journey even longer.

Without instructions to do so, I copped a spray from the driver because I didn’t take my shoes off before stepping up onto the bus. Throughout the night the driver kept pulling over for what seemed like no reason. If he had to stop for a toilet break no worries, it was more likely a smoke though because the cabin stunk of cigarettes. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, but it was the cheapest option so you get what you pay for. Id pay a little extra and get the next level up next time.

Maintaining of the seats should be more often (one was falling apart) and the hygiene of the pillows as well as the blankets is poor - probably not that often washed.

This trip was horrendous, the bus stopped all night to let random people on who then slept on the floors squashing in any gaps. The driver played music and smoked constantly and they put inscence sticks all through the night so the bus was smokey and it was hard to breath. The stopping and picking people up of the edge of the road caused arguments and there were at least 3 fights between the drivers and people with people shouting at each other and getting very cross. It was impossible to sleep and the bus was 30 mins late in leaving and 2 and a half hours late in getting there. Would never use again.

One of the people who was working on the bus (not the driver - he was lovely) was extremely rude with me, he did not speak any English and completely ignored me when I was trying to ask where I should get off. He also left free water to everybody else on the bus except me. Also, since he is working in a closed cabin, he should really take care of his hygiene, I could not breathe everytime he was passing by. These little things, made my experience on this 11-hour trip bad. The bed on the bus was not very comfortable either, but it would have been okay, if all the other things did not occur.
Huge thank you to the bus driver, who even though he didn't speak much English either, really made an effort and was there to help. These people make a difference!

I mean, this was our 3rd trip with the bus through Vietnam and it was what we were expecting from the beginning. Noisy, a little dirty, seat belts not working l, terrible driving skill of our driver. But all in all they took care of us and made sure we arrive the right place. The bus was overbooked and reaching the toilet was kind of an parkour but at least there was a working toilet on the bus!

The bus was pretty comfy. But I got a site with the aircon, which was working from light and I wasn’t able to turn it off. When it started raining the water seeped through the air conditioner.
Before departure I got a call from someone and he didn’t speak English, over the reception I found out I had to be on a other station, which was weird because the driver went on the same station where we were supposed to be.
The driver wasn’t too polite, he gave us wrong sites with smaller place in the bottom of the bus. When I tried to solve the problem, he didn’t want to solve it. Since we paid for our sites we change them ourselves. He didn’t say anything and let us on our sites, but he was upset all the way and always looked us like on burglars.😁 Who cares, we arrived to Da Nang😁
