The transfer itself was alright, driver came on time, car was clean and in good condition. However, during booking via 12go we were informed that there is 200 thb surcharge for early morning pickup but there was no information that this surcharge is not included in the price we paid via 12go. Plus misleading information from 12go, we received a voucher via e-mail and after that we received another e-mail saying that our transfer is not confirmed yet. I booked exclusive use of a minivan for me and my family from Phuket airport to our Hotel in Kata . On arrival at the airport I was greeted by the driver who although very polite, tried to put our family of 5 including 3 children plus luggage into a small hatchback with room for 2-3 people plus luggage at a push!! I could have taken a cab from the airport for a quarter of the price for this! Or 2 cabs comfortably fitting my family for half!
