Overall good, even though the departure was confusing and almost 1 hour later than planned. The driving was quite fast. Main issue was that I was sitting above the left back wheel and whenever the bus was taking a turn, I could hear the wheel touching the floor just below my feet, which was quite scary. I hope it will be fixed.

Started one hour too late. Paying a "Luxury Van" at the end was a local bus with a bit better seats - I don't have problems generally with local buses or frequent stops collecting local people, it's more interesting and environmentally more sustainable - but then charge me local prices. Driver was quite rude, stopping a lot for getting food, talking with his mobile phone, smoking... finally we got out before reaching last station and walking to our hotel. Couldn't stay longer in that Bus.

Driver made many personal errand stops. Drove very erratically making me feels really sick. The stop over for bathroom break had a pig kept in horrible conditions, in a tiny cage it couldn’t even turn around in.

I was so impressed with the kindness of the driver Phuc and his assistant on the bus 23F-00268 from Sapa to Ha Giang in 12 dec 2024. My father got car-sickness and their help was marvelous. Thank you so much. We will definitely use Ket Doan Travel again and highly recommend others to use this car.

The chairs were broken and the bus wasn't the one we booked. We were very disappointed with the condition of the bus. The one positive thing was that the driver got us there safely.

I had booked a VIP 14 seater bus. Instead, it was a normal bus and the lady at the bus terminal in Sapa refused to reimburse me and 4 others who’d booked the same ticket as I for what we paid extra.
