They change the bus and location of the departure. WhatsApp service help a little but sometimes informations missing. Bus arrived 40 min before the real time and go 5 min after.
Got sick on the bus because of AC. Also team was really friendly but can’t help you or answer any question. Finally i arrived to my destination. Rating on Vietnamese standard.
Not a luxury experience, the AC was broken so VERY hot night, unable to sleep, the walls are dirty, the window was leaking so one of the beds was soaked in the first hour of the trip!

Mattress was around 5 times thinner then the VIP. Awaiting refund
Nice choice to travel. We booked a 2-bedroom in the train. It was already sold out so they gave us two beds in a 4-bedroom and paid the other two as well so we had the hole room for us alone.
W-Lan on the train doesn't work all the time, can be really hot inside. A/C doesn't work good.
They gave us some snacks, beers and water for free.
In the end a cool experience and, can recommend it

Really straightforward, escorted from the meeting point to the train. Clean cabin, clean toilets and on time - happy days!
Overnight train in 2 person sleeper is incredibly simple to do for a much more private experience. I’m sure the 4 berth would have been fine if you’re a social person.
Only issue was the air conditioning. Amazing how cold it was in the cabin. Had to sit with blanket around us to keep warm (although…still way better than the heat it could be at)

The bus was over an hour late on departure and the drop off was on the outskirts of Hue and not in the city where we would have a few steps to accommodation. If we wouldn't recieve the email with the licence plate number we would have missed the bus. And also the staff was ignoring us for the first part, even when we showed the voucher. We also had to show the email with the licence plate. They even tried to make us only take 2 beds. As we are a family of 3, but we booked and payed for 3 pax so they couldn't do nothing regarding that. And at the next stop they tried it with another group of 3 pax...
The driver that drove the first part, was driving too agressive and they smoked, so the smoke was all over the bus.
The comfort was ok, but with the agressive driving it all got lost as I was all over my space.

Generally pleasant. Though arrived 20 minutes late due to holiday traffic and the pick up location was quite dirty.
