船很准时，旅途进行得很快，音乐氛围很好，很完美！

去吉利艾尔岛的渡轮太热了，人挤人，没有空调，也没机会到甲板上去。从吉利艾尔岛回巴厘岛的渡轮就完美了！船舱里有空调，甲板上还放着音乐，卖啤酒，感觉像在开派对。所以去吉利艾尔岛的渡轮我只能给一星，但回程的渡轮我给五星，加起来一共三星 ;)

看了之前的评论 - 人们真的不满意。我真的不知道怎么回事。让我来告诉你。1）我犯了一个大错误，订了错误日期的行程。工作人员很好，他们帮我和 12GO 沟通，并将我的行程重新安排到正确的日期。这里真的没什么可抱怨的。2）工作人员真的很照顾我们的行李。他们把行李正确地分类为防水/非防水 - 而非防水的放在室内 - 没有损坏的风险。很好。3）是的，没有空调，有时你会有点困难，因为窗户必须关闭（因为进水） - 但这是正常的！你找不到不同的船。4）总的来说 - 我们使用该公司两次，两次 - 都按计划出发，按计划到达。所以 - 完全没有问题。谢谢你们的服务。

组织安排非常出色。准时到达，无需等待。行李和背包的存放方式也很合理。下层甲板的小风扇降温效果一般，但尚可接受。座位太小太窄了。

交通很顺利。船上弥漫着浓重的柴油味，空调也只能勉强维持，车内非常闷热。行程原本计划1.5小时，结果却花了3个小时，天气实在太热，让人很不舒服。

从龙目岛到佩尼达岛的旅程很顺利。船上提供免费饮用水和晕车药。虽然没有空调，但开着窗户感觉温度还可以接受。工作人员很友好，尽管出发时晚点了20分钟，但我们还是提前45分钟到达了目的地。

Everything seemed a bit unorganized. The line of cars to get to the ticket booth was very long and slow and our driver dropped us off and said it was a short walk but it wasn't and we ended up getting solicited by two men on motor bikes to drive us and our luggage there for $10. I didn't know there was an additional port fee not included in pre-purchased tickets. Then we all had to walk, like cattle over to another building pulling and carrying luggage through mud and pot holes. The boat was an hour late but there were no comprehending announcements made. The luggage storage was a scattered mess putting on and off to pick up. Then it took 2 hours to get there instead of the scheduled 1.5 hours. The good part was that we actually made it and it wasn't too rough to get seasick.

The booking process was smooth and the trip departed on time, but punctuality means nothing when passenger safety is compromised. The captain showed poor judgment of sea conditions and failed to adjust accordingly, putting everyone at risk.

Staff was very proactive with information during a bumpy ride coz off very high waves

Writing 3h15 for the trip gili trawangan to Sanur but in reality it’s 4h45. Not the true and it was confirm by the boat staff.

Good big boat with a toilet. Felt smooth in the ocean (we evan saw dolphins at our ride). Excellent staff. Easy to check in at the harbour. In the booking it sad the trip would take 1h35min but the trip took longer, aproximaly 1h50min.

The ferry trip was quite disappointing. The ride itself was fine, but the crew’s attitude was terrible. When we arrived, they threw our backpacks and suitcases on the ground without any care, as if they didn’t matter. It was frustrating to see how little respect they had for passengers’ belongings. Definitely not a pleasant or recommendable experience.

Upon entering dere was a strong smell of gazoline. It cames from the air conditioner . Only after we complained did the stuff take care of it. Take of the air conditioner and open doors.I Was afraid of the Dinger of Explosion.

More than one hour delayed, bad smell, and uncomfortable seats.

Our ship was delayed more than 2 hours, we had to wait 3 hours in the small harbour building or in the direct sun. Schedules seem more like a scam to me.

On the way from Gili T to Penide there were three more stops on Gili Meno, Air and Lombok where in the description it is clearly written that the first stop is Penida. On the ship, water collected on the floor during the cruise. We arrived an hour late.

45 minutes delay. But the was great: good organisation people were very kindly.

This ferry was fine, the seats are small and you do get packed in like sardines but there is some aircon which was good. Not very comfortable but got us where we needed to go.

Nothing to complain. Everything was smooth and we even arrived before the given arrival time. 5/5

After reading many reviews I was confused many were bad and some good. I had a good experience. Went ro boarding point. Paid tax. Although the staff there wanted me to pay little extra so he can carry my bag till the ferry. That felt like a scam. However I carried my own bag. Waited in the waiting area. Departure gate had announcement of when ferry docks in and boarding starts. However once ticket is scanned we have to wait on the port in heat for good 30 to 40 mins. Bags are first asked to be kept aside and all tags are checked, bags are loaded on roof and then passengers are boarding. May get uncomfortable in servers heat. Once boarding is complete the ferry left approx 5 mins early than mentioned departure time. Ferry is booked to max capacity for the number of seats available. Ac cools too quickly in 10 mins cabin was cool. This feels further uncomfortable as cabin gets too cold. Reached gili T in 1hr and 45 mins. Dropped pax in 15 mins. Next stop was mine gili meno in approx 3 mins from there. Ferry does not dock here. Another smaller boat takes us to port. Transfer happens towards the coast Although on Sea itself.

We had 40 minutes delay and the boat was crowded but the journey was safe. The boat itself wasn't that small - it felt stable, but in the inside you felt like in a can with barely no escape in case of emergency. Good for the price.

Smooth trip, but to many people inside and very small seat. Feel like a sardine

We were going on Gili Meno and they left us on other island and we had to wait like 1 and a half hour before some small boat took us to Gili meno

Terrible. The boat was 3 hours late in total. 1,5 hour late for departure, Than we have to wait in gili T for another boat to gili Meno for 45min. It was horrible, non organised. Never again.

There was a delay of an hour and a half. The staff did not provide much information about the causes of the delay.

Very Cold in the cabin, bring a heavy jacket

The Boat got cancelled and the message was shared 2-3 hours before departure so need to pay for a different boat on the spot and wating for the refund of this ticket money.

That was tough. The waves were huge, I thought we were going to drown.

Quite good, there was the A/C

It was pretty bumpy on the open ocean with the big swell. The boast was fast and jumping all over the place.

One hour delay

we reached the first island on time, but then it took a few minutes longer to let passengers leave and get new in so that we reached ouri sland 20mins late, bute this didn’t bother us. The ride was fine, we were sitting on the roof after we got the opportunity , which was great. In the boat ist smelled a bit after diesel fuel. The airconditioning worked well. The organisation in the port padang bai worked good aswell, just look for the right counter (company that you booked the ticket with) in the street next to the port.

Ran late, had to buy a drink to sit upstairs, no WiFi, people smoking outside was smelly and revolting. We had also been listed (at the office), as booked by the agent on entirely the wrong boat.

To fast with big wave fell dengerous

Really comfortable boat with good AC and seats. Staff managed the luggage properly. Only downside was that it was 30 mins late.

Few big bumps in the middle of the crossing but otherwise as comfy as it gets & really surprised it was SO ok! Slightly chaotic leaving as was raining & people pushing a bit & busy waiting area. But honestly, not at all the horror story I anticipated. Left in rain & arrived to sunny skies on Gili T, bang on time. Wooohooooo!

The boat was leaking through all windows, staff was rushed and unfriendly. The sea was rough but the captain acted like he was alone on the boat. A lot of vomiting going on…

We had a delay already before we started, plus the trip took us 2,5 hours instead of 1,5 - so we arrived 3 hours later as planned, which was very unfortunate…however the boat itself was fine and without the delay it would have been a good time experience

I coulnd go and aske

The waters were rough but the staff were attentive and kind especially to those who were seasick. They even had free water, seasick tablets and other supplies to help people out. The boat was clean and sea worthy.
