Monica ABe careful with this online tickets.
Many people with tickets from 12go.asia were told that they were not in the list, some could not get in the boats and others had to pay for another ticket to be in the boat they already booked. It all looked very mafia-like.
My name was on the list, but it was a stressful situation and who knows if my name will be on the list to leave Gili islands…

Marcus Unfortunately we had a delay of more than 2 hours, had to stand and wait with my child at the pier the whole time. Nobody informed us why this delay because the boat was also next to the pier the whole time. Otherwise all good.

Constance SThe boat was late, because the staff needed to deal with paper, (couldn’t it be done before allowing the passengers to in the boat and wait for 1 hour in it?)
The boat stopped at Gili T, there was no information about this when the boat was booked,
So we waited for more than 1 hour at the harbor, the boat made a stop but we didn’t knew about that, the time indicated on the ticket was therefore wrong, (a 3h/3h30 of boat and not 2 hours)
