船很好，我们一路都很顺利。唯一的问题是，他们说船会直达龙目岛（大约2小时航程），但实际上会在吉利特拉旺安岛和吉利艾尔岛停靠，然后再去龙目岛！这样一来，行程就多了1个小时。

我们首先乘车从一个港口到另一个港口，延误了将近一个小时后，我们乘坐没有空调的船出发。

我认为严格来说不算晚点，但 12go 上的时刻表与我到达码头时他们告诉我的不一样。原定于 9:55 出发，但当我到达时，我询问它是否准时运行，他们告诉我，是的，它准时运行，所以他们将在 10:40 出发...除此之外，组织得非常好，当我在港口柜台时他们给我的出发和到达时间是准确的。

票上的到达时间错了，晚了一个多小时。我们去了努沙佩尼达岛，又等了一个小时才等到其他乘客。票上没有说明这一点，直到到了码头，乘船途中也没有提及。

我不明白那些差评是怎么回事。我们晚了半小时出发（这在这里很常见），行李被送到了船上，船上有空调，座位也很舒服。一切都很棒。

实际上，那艘船是从另一个港口出发的，所以你得步行一段路，然后带着行李坐上一辆皮卡车的后车厢。去另一个港口需要20分钟。我想我们出发晚了，所以10点40分才出发，而不是10点。再加上在吉利特拉旺安岛和吉利阿加岛的等待，我比原计划晚了两个小时才到达龙目岛。不过，船很舒适。

从努沙佩尼达岛到龙目岛晚点了 2 个小时（本来是 2 个小时，但实际是 4 个小时），部分原因是行李领取/运送安排不善；没有空调；由于水雾，一侧的窗户必须关闭，导致室内非常闷热。

一个多小时后船来了，进去的时候楼上就只剩下空间了。楼上的音乐太响了，你能感觉到胸口和耳朵里都在响。他们打人买啤酒和其他饮料，在收到几次投诉后，他们不想把音乐调低。

这次旅行总体来说非常舒适，船很新，工作人员也很热情。我们出发的时间比计划晚了一点，但没有什么特别的，而且考虑到海况对岛屿的影响，这种情况在岛上旅行很正常。最重要的是，船感觉非常安全。

第二次和 Wijaya 一起旅行，每次都有很好的体验。这次我们甚至提前登船，船很新，工作人员也很乐于助人。

我很惊讶地发现一切都非常顺利。船出发时只晚了 10 分钟，但准时到达目的地。旅行时间甚至比规定的时间还要短。我从吉利艾尔岛直接到达了努萨佩尼达岛，无需换船或做任何事情。你可以在船上买啤酒、水和软饮料。座位很舒服，工作人员很友好。做得很好。

总体来说体验不错。看了一堆关于各个公司的差评后，我觉得无论选择哪家公司都存在风险。不过我们的行程很顺利（天气也很平静）。船晚点了大约30分钟，但行程只用了1小时30分钟，所以很快就到了。此外，船上有足够多的救生衣，窗户也开着，所以不需要空调。顶层甲板上放了一些音乐，如果你买啤酒的话可以听听。

boat departed on time and has plenty of seats to chose freely. I travel with a partner and despite we get no designated seats, we were able to stay together the whole trip. ppl need to read the ticket too, some of the passengers were making questions about why do we need a transfer to another boat to get to nusa lembongan, when it has been explicitly written in the ticket the entire time.

You had to pay a harbour twx for using the ferry but this was not included in fare andvthere was no prior information about it. Many ticket holders git onto jetty to be turned back to pay this. Ferry was late, chaos on wharf, you were asked to wait in a room for your ferry but all those that came late got first pick at seats. We were crammed into the bottom of the ferry and again some passengers thought their bags deserved a seat over passengers. The trip was otherwise comfortable, the seas claim. Getting off the boat in Panang Bai was difficult, you had to literally push you way out through taxi and other drivers vying fir fares. Some had got onto the boat. Cars packed the small parking areas around the harbour causing gridlock.

Not confortable and no space for legs, worst than in a low cost flight. Someone at the shop for the checkin didn't tell us that we have to buy the tax ticket at the harbour, so we lost time when she boat has arrived

Relatively new ship, was on time, but too many people so that not everybody had a seat

Bought tickets from Gili Meno to Sanur and was not told that we should pay an extra fee of 25k rupuiah/pp for a transfer boat that takes you just off the harbour in Meno. Communication was very poor and it wasn't due to language barrier.

Boat was comfortable enough, but departure time was listed at 8.45 and direct. We only boarded at 9.15 and made two stops at nearby islands - one stop we sat in the harbour for 30+mins. So the advertised 1.5 hour trip time, was reached before we had even really left… appreciate some things out of their control, but lacking in commincstion to passengers

Our ferry to Padang Bai was scheduled to depart at 9:20 a.m., but it arrived more than an hour late. We had to wait outside in extremely hot weather, with no clear information or assistance whatsoever. What made the experience even worse was that, despite the significant delay and the inconvenience caused, the company refused to offer any refund or even the slightest goodwill gesture. Extremely disappointing service and absolutely no consideration for their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

The boat was a bit cramped but the service from the staff was great. The boat left on time and disembarking was quick. I would recommend sitting on the deck as it is much more spacious but quickly fills up.

I mean we got there but that’s about all I can say. It arrived 45 minutes late. No direction how to pay for the tax surcharge on the Gilis islands when leaving to go to nusa Lembongan. It was rammed full with numerous people not having seats and sitting on the stairs. People being sick in the main cabin as the toilets were insufficient/non existent to my knowledge. No idea what was happening when we arrived to nusa penida, we needed to switch there but this was not communicated at the time, I assumed this when other passengers going to the same place got off. Made to handle bags myself across 2 small speedboats instead of them all mooring up on the pontoon, there was plenty of room! Was not told we would not be arriving on a beach so shoes got wet, had I known I wouldn’t have worn them, you would assume yellow bridge harbour has something. Would not use again.

The trip Took longer than says on booking

Boat handled our luggage and transfer boat to Gili Meno, as well as return trip. Tickets were good at port, no issues there. Boat is nothing fancy. Can get hot, but we grabbed a seat in front of the AC and out of the sun on return trip, which was much better. Boat gets packed, expect every seat to fill. You’ll need to put non suitcase bags in your lap. Would book again due to time of trip and no issues, wish price was lower though.
