Our booking was with Putri Island and we were put on an Ostina one. Before heading to Pandang Bai we took a detour to Lombok and arrived two hours past the schedule.
But they took us from where we were to where we wanted so I guess it was a fine service.

Melissa LIt is very disorganized. The boat left more than 2 hours late. It was extremely difficult to figure out where you should be on a crowded dock with passengers for half a dozen ferries all milling about and no one to point you in the right direction.the boat is old and dirty and calling apart.
The only good thing I can say is that I did get to the island.

Christina KFast 2 hour ride from Gili Air to Padang Bai port. Almost not bumpy at all. The only minus is that the boats need to start coming on time. For this particular boat I waited an extra hour.
