Hazel FThe service was very good I didn’t realise there was a transfer to get to the bus and I arrived late for it. They waited for me there which was very nice for them. They contacted me regarding the trip on what’s app with all the details. There was a toilet and we stopped off for food and to stretch our legs. Overall no complaints

Omar Far better than the previous nam hai bus company. Although it was a bit more expensive, the experience felt far more premium and at least it had wifi unlike nam hai, therefore I would definitely use again in the future. However there are things to improve on such as informing a customer in advance that they'll be assigned a random seat rather than finding out later, also my ticket clearly said single cabin but ended up with a double one instead so that's a bit of a let down. Lastly the toilet could do with at least some hand-wash.

Tanguy CThe bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City was very confortable, left right on time and arrived a bit earlier than expected. The stop on the way is a bit late but the place is good, good food and clean rest room + shower. There is a toilet at the rear of the bus which was very clean. The AC wasn't too cold, the driver drove good but he threw our bags when storing them, which is why I do not give 5 stars. Still recommend this company!

SHUNYA SThere was some mysterious plant-like stuff in the toilet, so I couldn’t wash my hands, but I managed to deal with it using the wet wipes in the room. Also, there were only USB ports available, so I couldn’t charge my computer, which meant I couldn’t use my laptop — that was unexpected.

Bernardo KBus was comfortable and on time, driver didn't go crazy on the road, there was WiFi and toilet. However, the toilet was not the best, as you would expect in a bus: door didn't close, tiny space, average cleaness and know water to wash your hands, there was toilet paper. Their store in Ho Chi Mihn where it departs from was crowded, not many places to sit and no AC, there are cafes nearby where you can hang out.

Kevin NPick up was on time. Amenities provided as advertised: water bottle, snack (2 little Peppie chocolate banana cakes), AC, WiFi, and relief facilities in the back. AC was good temperature (can control 2 vent directions above you). Restroom was clean - convenient since no stops were taken. WiFi was fast enough. Got to station at around 4:30am (2.5 hours early) so expect a big window for the arrival time. Transfer shuttle was ready on arrival to take me to my accommodations. They WhatsApp messaged me earlier in the day to arrange things. They were also helpful on WhatsApp when I needed the WiFi passcode after forgetting to ask (phone number listed on ticket).

Merve GI’m so happy I booked this! I wanted to change my ticket for an earlier one and despite the last minute request via WhatsApp the night before the company was very reactive and changed my ticket free of charge!
Besides, the bus was clean, comfortable and spacious. The ride was smooth and there were proper announcements before stops.
The big bus won’t enter the city, so they transfer you to a mini bus that is a bit more cramped but it’s just for a few minutes.
Also, traffic was good so we arrived 1 or 2 holes earlier which I was hoping for!

Toen moest er iemand uit een bed zodat ik daar kon liggen, maar zijn spullen bleven wel in het hokje liggen? Het bed was vies en stonk naar rook. Izabela DPositives: the driving was quite smooth and on time, the main bus was clean, the single cabins were big enough, the AC worked well and the toilet stop after 4 hours was appreciated.
Negatives: there was no working tap in the bus toilet, so it was impossible to wash our hands.
The transfer shuttle was too small and overfilled with people and luggage. As a result, the transfer was very uncomfortable, especially hot and humid as well.
Not enough water provided on the main bus (one small 350 ml bottle of water each) for a 7 hr drive. Snacks were inadequate and unhealthy - 2 small cake bars per person.

I've done a 22hr bus journey in India. The difference was Rolls Royce V 3 legged Elephant.

Alison GThe company advertises a night bus with a trip long to 9h. However, it took only 4h. When we buy a night bus, we expect to have a night long of sleep and save on hotel; however having the trip on only 4h, we don't manage to sleep enough and get too early on the final destination. The driver should go slowly (and make a long stop in the middle if needed) to give the customers the 9h (or 7h/8h) trip. In a night bus, nobody wants and expects to get sonner in the final destinal, but have a good night of sleeping.

And lastly, the worse part, is we arrived 2,5 hours early and not at the designated point on my reservation. It was 5 o'clock and I had to walk one hour to reach my destination. But at 5 there's not much to do. Even most coffee were closed. If I knew it would arrived this early, I wouldn't have booked this.

Harald GMost parts to the trips was pleasant and held to a high standard. Except for the driving. The driver accelerated, braked, turned and skipped on all the speed bumps he could find to ensure that no one had proper sleep. We arrived 1h20m before our ETA. I get it, the driver probably wanted to finish the stretch as quickly as possible, as he's paid the same anyway. The company really needs to find a good way to compensate drivers for driving comfortably and slower.

Stephen O* We left Nah Trang at 10:45 PM (actually 10:40 PM - so be on time) and arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at 4 AM (not the scheduled 5:45 AM as written on the ticket)
* Sleeping area is small, real small. If you're 180+, you'll have to bend your legs.
* Bus was really cold. No blankets. Wear pants and a long shirt.
* When we arrived I didn't have Grab taxi so I went across the street - there's a big taxi stand across the street. Ignore the taxi drivers charging 200 where the bus arrives.

Scott FBus itself was really comfortable and the ticket purchase/check-in process really easy. However no way I can give 5 stars when we arrived nearly 3 hours late. Traffic out of Ho Chi Minh didn't help but there was absolutely no reason to make a second stop (for nearly 20 mins) when when we had less than 4 miles to our final destination. Annoying.

Othilie Jspacious cabins , confortable & snacks . The only thing that i disney like is that the driver was rude and we arrived 3 h in advanced and nobody woke me up , so i stages alone in the bus for a moment . The driver took my bag out of the bus when i was still sleeping so my bag wasnt safe and il could have been stolen .

WARDE MMore than two hours late without any explanation. Plus, one of the guys off the staff shouted at us when we simply asked if we could use one of the beds below because we were with a 2-year-old child (the bed was empty the entire trip, so it wouldn’t have been a problem).

Carlos SFrom HCM to Nha Trang. The bus reception had WC and free snacks and drinks. The staff spoke good English. Bus left on time. The bus was clean and had good AC. Pillows and blankets were excellent and whilst a bit of rocking it was a really comfortable ride. Seat was comfortable and slept for 5 hours of the 7 hour trip. Worth it.
