整个行程安排得非常顺利。司机技术精湛，车辆干净整洁且配备空调。酒店接送准时，到达目的地也完全符合预定时间。我强烈推荐！

过境后，他来喝咖啡接我，然后把我送到酒店门前。

司机非常友善：他准时到达酒店，而且驾驶迅速高效。实际行程比12Go显示的要长得多——但这并非司机的错，而是他们的数据库出了问题。上面显示的时间完全不切实际——幸好我们事先知道这一点！

司机人很好，礼貌周到，而且准时到达。车子非常干净。体验非常好。

旅程花了2.5小时，而不是广告上说的1.5小时。不过我们之前也预料到了。除此之外，一切都很完美！

出租车迟到了 1 个多小时。打了好几次电话后，他们总是告诉我们出租车很快就会到

他来晚了，开得太慢，差点出事故，因为他光顾着玩手机了。

服务完美。客服人员立即联系了我，并告知我司机的位置，司机也提前到达。司机友善且技术娴熟。车子非常舒适。

不值这个价钱！车很旧，司机一直在发短信、打电话。我们感觉一点也不安全。

公司在取车前30分钟发信息通知了我们，还发了车辆照片方便我们辨认。沟通非常顺畅。司机驾驶谨慎，甚至还中途停车去上了个厕所。价格也很实惠，其他公司根本没法比。

预订后，公司通过WhatsApp给我发了短信。沟通顺畅，车辆干净整洁，车况良好。司机也很友好。

时间无法被创造。至少再留出一个小时。我们的司机开车很安全而且非常友好。

及时接机，司机举着写有我名字的牌子，司机很友善，旅途很轻松，帮助我找到了我需要去的地方。

员工很有礼貌，开车安全，而且非常专业。能够友好、及时地交谈至于协调人员，他们善于打电话询问，也能安全到达目的地。

司机准时，小心驾驶，并在需要时停下来。

车子很舒适，但司机驾驶技术很不熟练，我们怀疑他是否开过高速公路。大部分时间以每小时60-70公里的速度行驶，让人感觉很不安全。司机在超车或过马路时也总是犹豫不决。从胡志明市到美奈的行程耗时2小时40分钟，而这次反方向的行程却花了4小时25分钟。我觉得我们因为司机驾驶技术不熟练而浪费了一个小时。这让我们感到非常不安全。很遗憾这么说。

总而言之，一切顺利。我们到了。可惜的是，司机几乎完全被手机（WhatsApp 视频和 Facebook）分散了注意力。

前一天晚上预订，确认高效。司机准时。车很干净。预计到达时间正确。沿着山脉和乡村的美景。与满载乘客的巴士相比，价格非常合理。会再次使用这项服务。

好司机，即使他不是在高速公路上而是在国道上行驶，也能节省时间。时间因此更长。 4.5小时。

司机前两个半小时都在玩手机或看视频。即使在空旷的高速公路上，最高时速也只有55公里/小时。这令人无法接受。不过，他倒是准时到达了。B. BRILL

Good service, great car and driver

The driver was constantly on the phone texting, so I had to ask him to have his eyes on the road. Even after, the continuous text alarms on the phone and fast driving was not really providing comforting experience. The whole journey I felt very unsafe.

Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend it!

Pick up was on time, driver was great! Arrived at the airport at the requested time. Would book again!

Taxi was very late (we waited around 45mn)

Couldnt find the driver for an hour, almost paid more than double for a ride because i had no other option. No phone number, the guy was talking on the phone while i was looking for him. Found him In the end after i asked all of the taxi drivers around if they know the company.

The driver arrived sick and was coughing the entire way. We had to travel in masks and ask the driver to wear a mask as well, which he kept lowering periodically. After our request, the driver was angry for the rest of the trip and took corners at high speed, apparently rushing to get home. When we arrived near the hotel, he silently opened the trunk, put our luggage out, got back into the car without a word, and drove off. We didn’t even have time to check the back seats. A beautiful and comfortable car means nothing when you have to endure this kind of experience

Extremely disappointing experience with the company, saved only by the driver. Communication via WhatsApp before the trip was absolutely chaotic. Despite booking through 12Go more than a week in advance and providing all the required information (which 12Go forwards to the provider), we were asked for the pickup address again only 1 hour before departure. The person we dealt with on WhatsApp was rude and unprofessional. He claimed the driver was already there, but we could not see him. When I shared our live location, he started getting angry and accusing us of giving the wrong address. The WhatsApp location may not have shown the exact street number, but we were standing right in front of our Airbnb, at the address provided from the very beginning. Then, without explanation, this person stopped responding to messages and calls altogether, leaving us stressed and uncertain for about 15 minutes — knowing we had a flight to catch and not even sure a taxi would come. The driver finally arrived almost 30 minutes late. He was very kind and clearly not responsible for the situation. However, the car was not appropriate: we were 4 passengers squeezed into a vehicle (3 in the back, 1 in the front) for a 3-hour journey, despite having paid for a 5-seater SUV. To the driver’s credit, he drove extremely well through terrible traffic, and we fortunately arrived at the airport on time. The 2 stars are entirely for the driver. Ngan Linh Transport itself deserves none.

This was actually one of the most incredibly comfortable rides I’ve ever had. The driver was early and the seats reclined. We slept like babies the entire 3hrs. Will book this every time I’m back

The driver was there even a little before the agreed time. Super punctual, very good car, and very nice driver! Great experience!

In time, friendly, carful driver, good car

Smooth process. After booking, received an email with instructions and photo of exact location on the map. When we arrived earlier than planned, driver was able to meet us immediately. Clean car, safe driving, driver helped with luggage.

The driver was polite, but the route used was quite difficult and indirect.It was not the same route used by other buses, which made my first day traveling in Vietnam a rather unpleasant experience. I think next time, if I need to travel to Da Lat again, I will have to think carefully before choosing this service.

Almost perfect, we just stressed a little without any info about the vehicle. But otherwise it was good. I want to thank the driver for helping us to collect a charger we left in the hotel. It was very nice of him, we truly appreciate that.
