Our driver Gede Tias was excellent. He was very kind, punctual, and drove really well. We felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Alexander VThe Trip was cancelled from the tour operator due to some mistakes from both sides. I didn’t checked my mail in the night before departure, so I was not informed about a schedule change from 9.15 to 7.00 am. The driver said he was at the reception to ask for us, the hotel says no. A later transfer was not possible according to the tour operator so we made our own way to the ferry.
How does the refund works?

John HI thought I was leaving from Seragan harbour as advertised but ended up going to Padang bye and due to a Balinese ceremony had to get out of our transport
& walk to the harbour which was not the tour operators fault
