Grace JThe first vehicle showed up 50 minutes late - kept being told "5 more minutes" of waiting. We were transferred into different vehicles a total of 3 times, which the company does state in their T&Cs, but one of them was too small for the number of passengers so I spent 20 minutes in the tiny seat in the boot, and another vehicle had no boot space so our big luggage was crowded inside with us. They did get us from A to B but aside from that, it wasn't great.

Sarah LI was extremely disappointed that after booking this service a month prior and regular messages with operators about drop off hotel details they waited until we were on board to say that they would no longer be able to drop us at our hotel. I had been messaging the night before! There is some street closures in the city on the weekends but our section was not affected. We were told to pick one of two drop off points then find transport from there.

Luis They asked us to change 3 times of transport. At first we were in a minivan, after half an hour we had to move to another different minivan and at the end they asked us to change again, to move to a car.

Lucy BThey were late to collect us and then didn’t communicate with us at all - just told us to get into the van, which then drove for 10 mins and they told us to get out and wait. We assumed we were waiting to transfer to a limousine but this wasn’t explained to us, nor how long we might be waiting. There was a toilet here but nowhere to wash your hands. We ended up arriving in Hanoi 1 hour later than expected based upon the schedule.

Ota MSeatbelts in the first car did not work and seats were broken (could not tilt them), then the door on the car got stuck with bags inside. The second bus was ok. Third car in Hanoi was too small for 4 Europeans...

Davide PI had a very positive experience with Vinh. He was excellent at explaining things clearly and patiently waited whenever it was necessary. Vinh is a genuinely good person — polite, kind, and considerate. His respectful attitude and gentle manner made the whole interaction very pleasant. I truly appreciated his professionalism and his warm personality.

Daniel 12Go is an excellent company for sleeper bus. They are comfy and easy to sleep on. What’s more is their customer service amazing. They communicate well over WhatsApp and offered us discount on our next ride after there was a delay to our first one. Would highly recommend!
