Alain WThe driver did not show up at the time agreed in the contract. A mistake in one letter of the hotel name meant that the driver did not show up, even though the address mentioned in the contract was correct. Despite requesting a refund, I did not even receive a reply. This is theft accompanied by a great deal of incompetence. An agency to be banned.

Emelie ROn time and efficient. Pretty much as expected for a speedboat, but as noted it is a bumpy ride but only lasts about 1.5 hours. The drive is about 3/3.5 hours but our driver was driving VERY (maybe slightly dangerously) fast and that was also pretty bumpy. Don’t expect comfort but it gets you from A to B.

Mariana SNobody speak english so changing van to ferry and ferry to van was a bit difficult to understand, because once they left you in the first Pier, you have to go out from the Pier and cross the street to look for the agency and nobody explained this to me.

Ana SEverything on time. Great driver. We had one stop to go to bathroom and then we took the boat at pakbara pier to koh lipe. Very organized pier.

Mara DIf it wasn’t for the operator called Bee, I probably put you 1 star. We lost the taxi and ferry because the first trip in bus (from Bangkok to krabi) was TOO LATE (2hours and 20 mins) because it stopped so many times! But Bee contact me and she gave me a solution, she answered me so much times if we arrived, where we are, etc, taking care of us, that I’m so grateful to her. The only pretty was that I have to pay the taxi to pakbara pier with the only cash I have (2960 baht). But the speed boat at 13.30 was “””free”””. In fact I pay almost the cost of the totally trip, that it was 3200baht, being possible to choose the app Grab to drive me to the point of speedboat and paying with credit card, but well, it’s done!
